Fitness Factory is a well kept and efficient gym in Monticello, NY. It has it all from free weights, cables, machines, and cardio equipment all the way to their multifunction fitness room which gives you ropes, heavy bags, and all types of other neat exercises. The Facility is big and has enough space to fit everyone comfortably. Their locker room is well kept, showers are clean, and sauna makes it all worthwhile. The Staff are professional and friendly. The woman who works behind the counter with the HUGE blowfish lips has a horrible attitude.The equipment is good for the most part, but having to endure her is just too much. I also noticed that the temperature control is terrible. Apparently they're too stupid to realize that working out in the cold is a really good way to get sick. The gym is open in The Catskill Mountains in the middle of winter, and entire sections seem unheated. The clock in the functional fitness room has also been broken for about a year, and the Bob Torso Training Bag never has enough water in it so it is pretty...

Fantastic gym. All the equipment you need for a great workout. Very clean and good locker rooms. I have been coming for almost two years and have never felt out of place. The staff is very nice and you look forward to seeing them! I appreciate that everyone there is just looking to be better, so you can workout without pressure. I have never attended their classes but it looks like there is a large selection. They also have a large wall of personal trainers available so its a great resource if you are just starting out.
