My family has been coming there for 10 years . And it always has been wonderful. They 6 to 8 of us go and spend alot of time and money . Last year was ehhh.. This year we went on Saturday and it was horrible . I understand the apples because of feist and stuff. But the price foe you pic was insane! And the prices on the whole store went up highly . Where we couldn't afford to buy much . And I get inflation but it was too high . But worst of all the employees were so rude ! Not a hello. Not a goodbye ,come agin .nothing !! Read moreAs much as the produce here deserves 5 stars. The customer service at the register is disgusting. The girls never seem like they want to help. They never greet you, literally toss your produce aside as they are ringing it up. I told the girl to “have a nice day” she replied with “mhm”. Last year I do not recall being treated so poorly. Today, on July 30th around 4:30pm the young girl wearing some sort of bird necklace working the middle register absolutely ruined my experience all while giving this local company $60 of my money today (we come here at least 3X a month). Would like to return in a few weeks because we enjoy what they have to offer but I think we will seek other markets near by for the rest...

We went today specifically for the "butter & sugar" corn, but were drawn in by brightly colored tomatoes, fresh peaches, and cucumbers too. Along the way we discovered some set-aside boxes of "tired" produce for just $6- an ASTOUNDING price for a few pounds of food! The contents vary from one box to another but the one I picked had an awesome variety that will make great, healthy, veggie-filled soups and stews.
All in all, paid less than $30 for corn, peaches, tomatoes, kale, cabbage, carrots, potatoes, and fennel bulbs. Really truly...
