NUTZ — Attraction in Town of Wappinger

I graze the store and see polyps of endless chasms, gems so big you need two hands to lift, gems in such vast array you’re walking into a mine. Endless jewelry all with a particular benefit that should be researched for The layman. Statues that like the floods if you begin to stare into these gods and angels they look upon you… they become what you were and see what you have become … zippos that are timely… so in and if you’re in wappingers New York think of it as a hub like Woodstock New York of wares that had enlightened Ram Dass… to is this fortune with your bating? Persistent in man’s search woman’s hunt… looking upon us what we see are rows of halls books like chakras come into this NUTZ store… you may find the Green Man choosing or helping you better your selections… walk like ghosts touch has so a rite. Native Indian wares where peoples are photographed in resign as well as angels and their gods… this store is in the literal worst location ever and so difficult to find it’s planned or ordained to come… someone doesn’t need a direction you’ll find it if necessary… gems are alive people so the more worn they start to impart your secrets to the wielder…. This review should have been a 5star. I went to Nutz for the first time 6 weeks ago to get sage and it was a great experience with Johnny who was very helpful. This is a great store with so many great items to choose from and I ended up buying more than what I had on my shopping list. As I started my journey with crystals about 10 days ago I went to the store and Johnny again helped me and he is wonderful to shop with and is very knowledgeable of the merchandise and to use them. So my customer experience was wonderful until I went to the store 3 more times within 3 days and had a totally different shopping experience with this one employee. She lacked knowledge of what the items are used for. Also, each time she checked me out at the register she makes an issue of using the 20% coupon leaving me with the impression she is not making it easy for me to use it (in different ways each time). After spending $800 within 3 days at the store and being served a hard time by her, she can have the last word but...

My mother came to this store today to purchase holiday gifts. Unfortunately, her shopping experience was very poor. She was followed and accused of fumbling with her purse when in fact she was communicating with family members about presents they would like. My mother is a local therapist and a long time resident of the area. To be profiled in a town we consider home is not surprising in today's climate, but it is disappointing. There is obviously a need to update Nutz' anti-theft protocol without ostracizing valued customers. I'm not sure if our family will be returning to this store.
