Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Town of Poughkeepsie

Always a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings, however this location is so poorly run. My boyfriend and I were seated and began to look at the menu, got our drinks, then we were asked by the waitress if we were ready to order yet. We asked for a few more minutes but she came back 3 times asking if we were ready yet. We came around 9 but they close at 12am so I didn’t understand why it felt like we were being rushed. When we got to placing our orders we both asked for traditional wings but the waitress did not acknowledge me at all, which I thought was really weird and unprofessional. When the food ended up coming out, I of course got the wrong order as she was just not paying any attention to what I asked. She did bring me the right wings and didn’t take the boneless, but my boyfriend's food ended up getting cold while he was waiting with me for the right order to come out so we can eat together. When they eventually did come out, the wings tasted bland and undercooked. Just obviously rushed. There was literally no one else there so the wait was long for who knows what reason. At that point we just were over being there and didn’t say anything else, my boyfriend also ended up getting sick from the wings so we’re definitely not coming back to this...

Wasnt a good night. B dubs has gone down hill. I was all pumped to get there an order an Eclipse (Guinness & Blue Moon) The waiter (Michael?) ordered me a Patriot which was disgusting in my own opinion. He was never at the table enough for me to just order a normal Guiness. So I asked the girl that brought our food to get me another and she offered a Guinness. I had no way to change what i wanted because she assumed I wanted just a Guinness. So Michael comes back with another Patriot which I promptly refused. Later that evening, we get the check and surprise surprise, there are 2 Patriots on the check, of which I didn't drink. The waiter did the change by paying $7 cash on the receipt which doesn't seem right. I think he tried to cover his ass with the manager by paying for it and not letting someone know he messed up. I was really disappointed that not because I was really looking forward to the drink for my birthday, and meeting up with old friends. The atmosphere and lack of service cost you guys more beers and more food.

I will NEVER order from this location again. What poor customer service they have and they should be ashamed. I ordered over the phone, when I arrived they didn’t even have my name on my order and they kept asking me what was your order. I told them my order and when I received my order it had an “E” on it and when the girls handed me my ordered they nervously laughed. I got in the car and before even leaving the parking lot they missed 3 items in my order, I had to go back into the building and tell them about it. I showed them the receipt and when they saw the receipt and said that they thought i said salt and vinegar on the side not 3 orders of fries with salt and vinegar on it. Listen I get it you miss stuff in an order no problem. BUT THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO CHARGE ME FOR THEIR MISTAKE!!! I told them that it was their fault and the girl stood there and said “well yeah i didn’t hear you right on the phone” I was so upset that i stupidly paid the money and left.
