Old Home Beach — Attraction in Trinidad

This was a very beautiful beach. There are quite a few set of stairs to get down to the beach and they can be narrow at times so take your time. There are also a few benches along the way which are helpful for the trip back up. The beach is pretty small but super cute. There are some big rocks both in and out of the water. Great place to walk the dogs, they really enjoyed the beach. The stairs down to the beach have shifted over the years so it takes alot of balance and leg muscle to navigate the stairs. The ones closer the the beach are the worse due to being some what washed out. Overall the hike down and back up again was worth it for the views and the chance for my dogs to enjoy the beach. Beautiful view. Steep stairs, some a bit low/high depending on if you’re coming or going. No hand rails and the last leg is slightly washed out so you’ll have to be very careful with your steps. Or be like me and sit down to get to the lower steps. Walking back up is a workout but the view at the beach...
