Imagination Station Park is truly a hidden gem in our community! It’s one of those rare places where kids can be completely immersed in fun — climbing, running, and using their imagination to the fullest. Every visit feels like a new adventure, and my kids absolutely love it.
The playground is creative, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of equipment for children of all ages. There are slides, swings, climbing structures, and interactive play areas that keep everyone engaged for hours. You can tell a lot of thought went into designing the space — it’s colorful, safe, and encourages both active play and imaginative exploration.
One of our favorite features is the soccer field nearby. It’s a great open space for kids (and parents!) to kick a ball around, practice, or even organize a quick family game. The field is in great condition and adds a whole new layer of fun to our visits — perfect for kids who love sports or just need extra room to run.
The park is beautifully maintained, with shaded seating areas and picnic tables that make it easy to relax while the kids play. It’s clean, spacious, and has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel part of the community. There’s also plenty of parking and convenient restrooms, which is always a huge plus for families.
Imagination Station Park really has something for everyone — from imaginative play and outdoor exercise to simply enjoying a sunny afternoon together. It’s the kind of place where laughter fills the air and memories are made.
If you’re looking for a safe, fun, and family-friendly spot that combines creative play with plenty of space for sports and relaxation, Imagination Station Park is the perfect...
Read moreI met my family here to celebrate my grand daughters 6th Birthday with friends.. I had not ever been here but I have to say it was a amazing celebration for my grand kids an a few friends as well. The kids played so much on many things here an loved it. In the area we were able to enjoy this celebration an they all had a great time. It was so nice to be able to meet in a area that the parents could relax an keep a close eye out for the kids.. We had brought 4 big pizzas even a birthday cake in our cooler on ice..it was a ice cream cake. Plenty of goodies for all the kids.. We had a piñata for all the kids an a cooler full of water ballons too.. We cleaned up any garbage an all the balloons pieces too. My grand daughter enjoyed opening up her gifts with her friends an family there. There are several areas plenty for any event. There is handicap parking an it was so hot but I noticed there was also a ice cream truck coming around for others. The area my family got bc they went early was a cute covered area. They have some areas to bbque an nice grassy areas too. This was I think a hit for our family to gather. Plenty of room too. I would recommend this to any family with active kids to enjoy for any event or just to play. The bathrooms were unlocked an clean. I know we will be back to enjoy again. I know this...
Read moreMy kids (and everybody else's, too) love this place. It's pretty large, and has lots of things to do. Pretty safe, aside from the large rocks to the far northeast of the playground area. I suppose it's possible to climb up there and fall off (~10ft), breaking a limb or getting the wind knocked out, etc.
The only other safety concern is that there are a couple of little 'cubby-hole' spots where kids can hide out from each other, but from parents, too, if that's a concern w/ your child.
Ever since I became a parent, I see every little possible dangerous thing and then worry about it. It's the price of parenthood, I guess.
Anyway, it's worth a trip to if you've never been. Several years ago, some jerk burned the original structure down for reasons I can't comprehend. They took a few years to rebuild, and I was amazed at the detail they went to in order to soften sharp angles of wood so kids would avoid splinters or injury from sharp corners. They put a lot of thought into the general architecture.
Very neat. Your kids will thank you (and then ask to come...
