I don’t normally complain, unless it REALLY needs to be addressed.
I came in on Saturday morning, Friday night I guess you could say, And I just got off work. So this was around 3:30am-4am that I came into the store. I came into the store with a glare, I normally greet and say “what’s going on? How are you tonight?”, and his response was “what do you want?”. Note that he didn’t say it in a aggressive tone or anything, it was just the word choice that just sounds like he just wants me out of the store. Like “Im doing alright, what can I make for you tonight?” Would seem like a better response than “what do you want”. (Nitpick)Also threw some containers on the table.
Then when he rang up my food, and drink. He told me to put my card into the chip reader, and left me at the register to go help another customer. As a honest person that I am, I payed for my food, when I could of easily just walked out.
I get it that he was upset about the girl that was in front of me, that didn’t come prepared. Also working graveyard, but come on man at least show some respect to other people who did come prepared. If not me, at least to the medic that was behind me. Which got the same treatment that I got, just simply ordering breakfast sandwich’s for him and his partner.
Other than that the food was good, but I probably won’t be coming back after this comment because I’m afraid he’ll probably spit in my food when I’m not looking. That bad...
Read moreUpdate: yup - everyone who works here (or at least works evenings) clearly is disgusted by people who come in & by having to make sandwiches. Tonight they were stand-offish, spent as much time as possible talking to somebody else in the store and deliberately made a mess of my food. Apologies for imposing upon you so massively.
I'm done with yawl.
Just go to the one down Glisan or up Hogan!!!
Usually everything is fine - it's Subway, it's fine - but the guy working Friday night 21 December was awful. He was slamming stuff around the whole time, he burned my bread, he completely butchered my sandwich by just throwing stuff on it, he charged me for the garlic stuff but barely put any on, he completely drenched my sandwich with dressing, he was heaving giant sighs the whole time like I was majorly imposing on him - especially when I didn't answer right away.
I'm sorry you're having a bad time, dude - not my fault so please don't be sh¡tty at me...
I'm hitting up one of the other Subways...
Read moreCame here to get a footlong sub meal, upon getting home to eat my sandwich and after dragging my infant out in the pouring down rain this is the sandwich I received! It looked like the person making it had used their hand to squash it down when cutting it as the bread is as flat as a pancake! If I wanted flatbread, I would’ve ordered the flatbread! I tried calling prior to eating the sandwich and no one picked up the phone, I tried calling again that evening around 9:45 and no one picked up the phone again, I then tried calling the next morning and yet again the phone just rings and rings. It’s impossible to see at the time when they’re making sandwiches as the glass is covered with a vegetable sticker and there’s also a large piece of metal that blocks the glass from customer view completely. I’ll be coming in next week once I’m back in town to request a remake as the flatbread is NOT...
