5 resounding stars for Analisa, Christina, and Branch Manager Barry at the OnPoint Cherry Park branch. I do not live near Portland, but do bank with OnPoint. I received a call directly from Analisa immediately after someone attempted to cash an odd-looking check from my bank account.
The staff at the Cherry Park branch obviously had clear protocols in place. They immediately mobilized those security measures on my behalf. More importantly, they put my care and my earnings above all else for a few vital minutes.
I speak for all of us when I say, it's sad that it's come to this - where we're forced to have such practices in place because of the awful choices of the few. This incident has been a time-drain for me, as I'm sure it's consuming for you at OnPoint!
That said, I look at this as an opportunity to find gratitude in companies like yours - and more specifically, employees for whom this is more than just "a job." It's a chance to take care of people and do what you do best. It's clear that I'm not just another member number.
I'd be remiss if I didn't thank the silent, caring heroes within the security and management teams at OnPoint. Even though I don't interact with them on my bank visits, their hard work shines through in every interaction.

I am not able to cash or deposit checks and nobody is answering their phones due to their systems being down. I go to walk in and theres theres easily a couple hundred people out front waiting for this $500 they're giving away. My bills are due and I'm not able to do anything due to their inadequate systems, and I've been on hold for over a half hour as of now and yesterday i was on hold for over 2 hours and nobody would answer the phone. It is very quick but intimate business! I never have a long wait and all of their employees go above and beyond to ensure all of their members feel like family! It's important to not that there was a shining star duo that really made sure all of my needs were met! Blanca, who met me with a smile and a voice of an angel was able to direct my business to the perfect Member Relationship Officer Ramiro! These two made sure my banking needs were met beyond satisfaction and made sure to handle me with complete excellence in a timely manner!
