This seems to be a very new park designed for people who dislike nature. The layout is old-school and unimaginative--basically a flat, rectangular grass lawn surrounded by a walking path used by neighbors walking dogs. No large patches of native plants with signage educating park users about nature friendly practices--a real missed opportunity. There is a hidden drainage creek at the south end with a basic, unattractive bridge connecting the park to the subdivision beyond. More native shrubs and plants here could attract more birds, frogs and other mosquito eaters. Parking and bathrooms are at the north end. Read moreLove this park. Only come to exercise/walk. Park is convenient, not too far from home. Park is always clean, and the bathrooms are functiona, never out of order. Bathrooms are also clean and have toilet paper and paper towels. The bathrooms do close for off-season months. When I go, the dogs are on leashes, so you do not have to worry about getting attacked. Overall, it is a great place...
