10/10 don't live here , they are huge on retaliation especially for ex employees, they will tell you you have 2 thousand dollars worth of credits and then just hit you with a 2 thousand dollar rent check gas went out December 17th and we still have no gas , they never gave us a 7 day notice and we only had 4 days to prepare for court .

Even tho we had proof I feel the judge was paid off by the head manager Mike , cuz we got maybe 30 seconds to show evidence and proof on why rent was not paid , the management will pretend to be your friends then become aggressive I suggest recording any Incounter you have with management and employment here .

Also you will be told rent is max $850 a month and that's not it either lol this company is so un organized and vindictive just live somewhere else . And how convenient the park manager is one of the first two comments on this park 😆 Ps good thing we already have another house to move into good job guys lmao whoever gets unit 70 just know if you ever have to be served you need to git keys to the mailbox lol

Also the pond is no longer in use or available hasn't been for months if you are okay with slum lord and retaliation when you don't do what the park wants go ahead and live here , chance was by far the best manager I've experienced here .

Also washers and dryers do not work here...

This place has gone downhill badly year after year. Only to keep raising the lots fee yearly. This place is also built on top of a old landfill which is leaching poisons and very toxic chemicals down into the water supply to the park. The park has sent out a warning ⚠️ ☠️ NOTICE DO NOT DRINK THE WATER WITH OUT BOILING FIRST☠️ This is unacceptable and every resident who does live there should be compensated for the long term damages to their health that is taken place to them and their families. The entire park smells of the rotten eggs which very well could be a gas leak. Good luck trying to get a hold of any sort of management or park representative they never answer the phone. My prediction is most of the residents won’t know of the real dangers of the living conditions they are In until it is too late. Either poisoned from the water or a mushroom cloud. Poor mangement here not recommended trailers are not up to code .Have it inspected before buying.The parents dont watch there children.The children are bad and disrespectful there parents are the same the whole park smells like weed .My asthma is bad from my neighbor smoking and get goes through my window and makes our asthma worst kidsthrow there paper and they go on my side of my trailer urinate i find cigarette buds all my yard and the kids go in back of my trailer and throw the ball against my trailer and windows at this point i cant recommend this park .please stay away from this park I don't recommend this park we hearngun shots very night the manager doesn't care .he has treated with no respect and the maintenance men have to .your over charged on your utilities and corp don't care either.if I had the money to move I would I fear for lmy ife and my family to .its the worstdecision .I ever made moving here.please don't move here you will regret move here .Karen and Jessica were the best manager ever.the rest were and...
