I have to confess I was a consulting tech to the Multiball units supplier as Defy Tucson now years ago. New name this fall as owners dropped franchise alignment. Same or better attention to operation as changeover mostly completed on the back end. Committed to being a going thing with activities to do. I had stopped in area for Bookman's and noticed name change. Saw two of the same managers and noted in a brief look everything looked well kept up and ready. My oldest granddaughter was 4 1/2 on her first visit will be 8 on her next with 5 yro sister. They enjoy visiting grandpa as it often means spending time checking activities out here with grandma and grandpa trying to catch up. Rooms available for birthday or other group gatherings. Activity participants wear non slip socks available at the register. Changes were made making it a little easier for us older limping seniors to get around and places to sit and watch. Staff looks out for kids to safely do things that are more for older, taller or stronger participants so they can better enjoy activities with safety. (The younger granddaughter can't wait to do the things her big sister can.) Two Multiball screens are wall versions of arcade games. Some of the available Multiball games are aimed for competition up to young adults besides the more juvenile throw the ball at the bad fish or space invaders. A jumping floor invites players to try to jump on moving lit multicolored dots. Things to climb, jump, swing, hang from for them to try. Anyhow, check it out if you need to have a special place to treat the kids.

Planning a party? I suggest the other guys. Defy has no seating. There are 4 tables in the common area each with 3 chairs. If you have a group lager than that plan on renting a room. Concessions? What are concessions when I called and asked if they had concessions they said no? Wait what are concessions? You know food and drink, oh oh no no food and drink you have to bring your own everything, water, pop, plates forks everything. Then we get there with coolers in tow to find 4 tiny tables, a giant vacant lobby that could clearly hold wayyyyyy more tables yet there are only 4 tables. The cost for 90 min jump is clearly no worth the amount of time a parent has to be completely uncomfortable and miserable the entire time their child is jumping. Doesn't make sense since the parents are the ones fitting the bill. My suggestion to ownership, put more tables out, sell pizza at your "concessions" stand which by the way does exist, because children these days have no idea what the word means. Sell more than soda, icees and pretzels. The company would make more money. Happy parents would likely spend more there if they had the actual option too. As for parties here, I would go else where. I will stick with the other guys.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would first off zero customer service at the front the guy just got done with another customer then went right back to go talk to friends for a while while he saw us standing there waiting to pay no apology no greeting nothing a bunch of young kids looking miserable to be there and lack of effort to do anything then about an hour in my 7 year old son comes crying saying some older teenager or older kid 10+ was being super rowdy at the dodgeball pit and he had a huge mark and purple bruise immediately forming on his arm now I get children being a little amped up and the dodgeball pit can get a bit rough but upon further checking there NOBODY supervising and you hear a parent encouraging rougher behavior with his older kids “yeah throw it as hard as you can” common sense yes dodgeball I get the point but when there a mix of ages there’s no need to be super rough and result in injury that kid had also hit my other 10 year old son in his belly hard as well and the manager essely could’ve cared less her attitude was horrible as a “manager” then there was water one of my sons spilled so we asked for a mop so we could mop it up to avoid someone falling a younger gentlemen brought a mop just very lazy ran over the water didn’t ring it out and left it still soaking wet he did put a sign but even with the sign it was still soaking wet which resulted in an older woman slipping EXTREMELY HARD took her a second to get up and she needed a chair my husband called to try n get a workers attention and nothing !you could tell she was visibly hurt and her husband was trying to help her up!! Took 5 minutes for someone to even ask what happened what’s worse I know the manager saw this and didn’t care we all sign waivers but I will never come here again if you don’t want to do your job or don’t care find something else to do the only person in my experience who was doing their job and cared and had a positive attitude was the girl working cafe I didn’t get her name but she had longer light brown hair I believe wild Katz and elevate will get business from here DO NOT WASTE...

This place blew my mind! I saw an ad on Instagram a few months back about this place opening up and I knew we had to go since the other jump places are really far from us and not that great to be honest but this place was amazing! We went on a Sunday right when they opened, we filled out the wavier online before we got there and it made the process so much faster. The prices are not that bad for what you get, I plan on coming here every weekend. We checked in and got our socks and were told about the free lockers that you get when you buy a ticket which is a great perk. We put our socks on and headed up the main jump area where we got a little safety tutorial and then were let into the most amazing jump place! They have so much to do and they have couches up on the main floor for observers to watch and hang out, there was so much seating for guests and people that were not jumping. The couches were a major plus. I had my 7 month old with me and it was nice to hang out on the couches with him while his brother played. The place is so clean and the A/C actually works in this place which is nice unlike other places. They have beverages to purchase that were not overly prices and bathrooms were clean, the bathroom that is co-ed has the changing table just a heads up in case you are looking for it. The birthday party rooms looked great, I am thinking about having my sons 5th birthday here. They have a big lookout that overlooks the whole facility which is awesome. The staff was super nice and helpful. I look forward to coming here as much as we can. I wish they had a membership program! They don't have their main sign up yet on the building but its there I promise! This place did not disappoint! I wont go to the "other" jump places anymore after seeing this one! Thanks Defy you guys did one heck of a job on this place!

If i could suggest anything would maybe be like a baby area, I know they have a toddler area but I am thinking like a little gated area for babies to climb and play, that are not walking yet.

But we can do without!...
