My kids love Funtasticks! Between the rides, games, and the best laser tag in Tucson (it’s 3 stories and over 5,000 square feet!), this old school spot is nonstop fun for the whole fam. #tucson #tucsonfamily

I cannot believe that Funtasticks is allowed to charge what they charge, knowing that more than half of their "attractions" aren't even functional. I think that it's extremely unethical and a scam. I paid $71 for my 5 year old daughter and myself to get into the "park" with a combo pass. The bumper boats were unavailable, the flying spaceship rides' games and controllers don't work, everything is run down, several arcade games didn't work, the claw prize games were literally just empty, and when my daughter went to exchange her tickets for a "prize" the entire display case was empty except for some tootsie rolls and a couple of junkie toys. We drove 90 minutes to get to this place around when it opened at 10 a.m.. When we arrived there were women sitting in the front of the park telling everyone that there was a private event and that the park wouldn't open until 12:30. At least a dozen other families walked up to try to enter, because the business didn't post anything online about the fact that the park was opening 2.5 hours later than their specified times. You can't demand a refund, because there's a big sign by where you buy the passes that says no refunds. So you get your passes before you get all of the way through to discover that there are few attractions, and the ones they have don't work. Over the go-kart course there is a marquee that states that "everything is open", although that is clearly not the case. Seriously don't waste your time and money. I wish that there had been more honest reviews of this place on here before we wasted $70 and an hour and a half of our time there, three hours driving back and forth, and two hours sitting around Tucson waiting for them to open.

3/30/2024 DONT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE LITTLE KIDS AVOID AT ALL COST! Only reason they get one star is because of the games in the lobby. Place looks run down some of the rides weren't operable. The guy (Dominic) who ran the grasshopper ride was not paying attention to the riders! One kid tried riding twice and instead of tell the single kid to get off the ride he yelled " If you rode the ride already Get Off. " (we been there since 2pm of course my daughter had rode it before earlier like at 3pm however this was at 5pm). My daughter gets off upset with tears in her eyes. For 1 He yelled the statement and 2nd he was right in front of her so she thought it was towards her. Once she got off I said hold up she hasn't rode we waited in line just like the other kids. At this point other kids filled the ride. So it really upset me I told him it was "fukin wrong" i apologize if you were a parent round there i was pissed and my daughter was so embarrassed she said she just wanted to leave ruined the already horrible experience there. On the way out I spoke with an older manager who said he was in the kitchen and wasn't aware of any of this and he apologized. I get it you have to do things as a manager but if you have attendants running a ride #1 THEY SHOULD ALWAYS! PAY ATTENTION TO THE KIDS ON THE RIDE!!!! I told them I would not return and make sure to tell our side of what happened. If you have CHILDREN Under 10 yes old I suggest NOT TO GO HERE ! They also make you pay 10 dollars to watch your kid that's 6 and under to play in a water pad area. The foods over priced and the staff look so overwhelmed being kids themselves. Patron beware you been warned.... ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️

First of all, the one star reviews are very accurate. I just don't think the situation deserves one star. My daughter still had a blast and with the combo wristband got to have fun all day until closing. We totally got our money's worth. It's worth the price even with the bad things that again, are all accurate. As far my experience:

My daughter loved the frog hopper and rode it many times. I went on with her a few times as well. It's a fun ride and worked properly.

The cosmojet was partially broken but my daughter didn't care about the screen and just enjoyed the ride. The joystick to go up and down still worked. There was only one working screen with a working controller so the few times I went on with my daughter I said it had to be that one and I played the game while she controlled the up and down.

My daughter loved being a passenger on the go karts and I had to take her repeatedly on them. The go karts were fun but it was exhausting for me to try to win every race and take turns in a way that maximized efficiency but my daughter had a blast. I can't say I didn't have fun as well other than being tired.

The miniature golf was nothing special but we weren't keeping score and my daughter had fun trying to get a ball in a hole.

The laser tag worked just fine for us though my daughter didn't care for it.

Stay clear of the bumper boats. They don't work well and it is very hard to get back to the starting position. My daughter panicked and tried to get out without assistance and partially fell in the pool. It's only 3 feet deep and she was already wet from the water park so no harm there, but they are not fun, so stay clear of them.

My daughter was too small to do the rope course but since the pass came with one free entry I tried it out while she went on the frog hopper. It's definitely interesting and what looked easy was definitely not. I can see why a harness was required.

The waterpark was quite good for the price. The slides were surprisingly fast and enjoyable. Definitely worth the price of admission. For any parents complaining about paying for admission to chaperone, do you think Raging Waters is letting you in for free or even at a discounted price to chaperone? Just pay the price of admission and enjoy the time with your kids.

The only problem is the lack of supervision. I wanted to go down the slides with my daughter but ended up telling a lot of kids it was too soon to go down. I was doing this mainly so my daughter would not be collided with since she is cautious and takes a little longer to finish the slide. I can see the potential for injuries or dangerous situations due to the lack of supervision but I had a blast on the slides. I thought it was fun for adults as well as kids.

Other than that, I give it 3 stars for all the bad things that the one star reviews said. (old and often broken attractions, lack of supervision and lack of staff) I do not blame the staff for being rude or the issues that were mentioned. Although these reviews are accurate, you have to consider how the staff feels as well. It's not their fault they were overworked and understaffed. My daughter probably drove them nuts demanding they get someone over to the frog hopper to put her on the ride or for the cosmo jet. She was persistent though and the staff that was available all thought she was cute and wanted to assist in her enjoyment. So I agree with the bad reviews but disagree that it is the fault of the employees.

Basically, if you go in with low expectations you will have fun. If you go in with the expectation that this will be like Disneyland, then yeah, you will be incredibly disappointed. The price is fair enough where I would go again, especially for...

All these 1 star reviews and low reviews are crazy. This place is far from perfect, but if you are unable to enjoy spending time here then that's a you problem.

We held my sons 8th birthday here today and the staff, specifically Zahara gave us such an incredible experience that all I could do at the end of the night was cry tears of joy.

We did thr Megafuntastic party which included unlimited all activities and the splashpad. The week leading up to the party I was checking out the reviews and started getting nervous it was going to be a disaster. There were reviews that the AC was out and the inside was stifling hot, the staff was all a bunch of rude teenagers and everything was broken.

The day before the party I got a call advising the AC was out and they suggested I hold it at a table outside instead. They more than happily put us in an upgraded covered gazebo with 2 tables near the splashpad. Not only did they give us the Gazebo for our party time, but they extended it to the whole day. When they said this it made me so nervous because let's get real, it's midsummer in Arizona....but the day was beautiful and it was nice and cool next to the splashpad.

The staff was all so kind and helpful despite having to work inside with no AC. If I were in their shoes I would have been very unpleasant. But they brought fans inside that really helped to cool off the game area and I did not hear a single complaint from any of them.

Everything was brought out at the times agreed upon, and when ordering extra things they were promptly delivered. I ordered a frose and it wad the very last of the batch so they made me a second one from the new batch without me even asking.

I cannot express just how friendly and kind everyone I interacted with was. The young man at the bumper boats was so happy to help anyone, my big self included, take their time and hold his hand for dear life to get out. The young people working the rides were happy to let my son try a million times at the Rockwall and then ride the happy frog thing a million times in a row.

There was an incident where my son was sliding down the waterslides with his friend and after being told to stop he didn't listen...the young woman came over and nicely explained that she had asked him and she just wanted him to sit out for 5 minutes which was more than reasonable.

This party was so much better than I could have ever expected. We will 100% recommend this to friends and will be returning often. My son is already planning his next birthday here haha.

Thanks everyone who helped make my sons special day so amazing. You all are doing a great job. Don't let anyone tell...

This was the absolute worst birthday party I have ever been to in my entire life and it is really disappointing that it had to be my own child's party... I don't even really know where to start...when we arrived our reserved tables were messy and there were no decorations so we decorated ourselves (and our host didn't even have the decency to even offer to help), then we waited about 2 and a half hours for the host to even come to us and ask what we wanted to drink/eat. The food was as if it was a day old and just stuck in the microwave real quick just to make it hot. They ended up "running out" of ice AND soda 🤯🥵 the beer was warm as well. The area we were seated was barely handicap ♿ accessible (this is important for my mother) and there was literally no air conditioning and the lights flickered on and off. Nearly all of the arcade games were out of order so the little voucher things that I had to pay for was basically pointless. The ice cream was eventually given to us a little over 1 hour after we did the cake and it was served semi-melted. And what makes this even more upsetting is that when we complained the manager said that he would give us a discount and the host also told me that she was "so sorry for everything" and would also include her 15% employee discount. So the time came for me to pay (which was a total of $522) and I said that the manager was going to give me a discount so when he comes to the counter he tells me a price that wasn't even $100 cheaper. When I said something about it he said that was "the best" he can do and I told him that after everything that happened, it wasn't even worth $100 and it's extremely upsetting that he would basically lie to me and tell me things pretty much just to shut me up but then when it came down to it only give me a measly 15% discount and say that was the best he could do. Since this time I have called numerous times attempting to speak with someone about this but I always get the runaround or get told that I will get a call back but never do...

I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND HAVING A BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE AT ALL!!!! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND EXTREMELY...
