Crepe N Dip — Restaurant in Tucson

the food is really good and usually the service is too, but my last experience there felt awkward and uncomfortable. i placed a mobile order around closing time and decided to sit at one of the tables there since i’d already finished shopping around the mall. as i was waiting, 2 girls came in & were sitting at the table right next to mine. the younger female working there approached the 2 girls and offered them both free samples of fresh cookies. despite the 2 girls declining and me sitting right there, the worker never offered any to me. i eventually got up and asked about my order which hadn’t even been started, and literally had to ask if i could try some of the samples myself since none were offered to me. i ended up purchasing one after trying a piece but it really irked me that it took me having to go up and ask for something that was being offered to others sitting right next to me. it made me not want to purchase one just out of spite but i was craving something sweet and didn’t want to let one employee determine how i felt about the place as a whole. even though i can’t make sense out of such poor service, hopefully some training and simple awareness will help prevent anyone from experiencing a similar situation...

As the quality of chocolate in Tucson is so low the ones they use on the ice cream and even regular chocolate in store I gave up hope of finding a good dessert chocolate place. Only dessert here is either donuts, cakes and ice cream. You might think this it enough but when u come from a country that is like a magic world of dessert, Tucson or American will be a disappointment .

I think you guys opened this store to show ppl how to eat chocolate in dessert like how we have it in the middle...

If you have plenty of $ & aren't concerned about checking your receipt & don't mind a receipt that doesn't detail every charge, & they add UNANNOUNCED charges to your card like it's their card, then the owner/mgr tells you "Times have changed" so I told him I don't do further business with people who add amounts to my bill because I utilized my card, then this place is for you. I had avocado toast which was fine but wil never go back nor give any business my $ a 2nd time when they don't make it plain they are going to charge me more because I didn't know I should carry cash to do business with them. These types of companies...
