Walking into In-N-Out feels like stepping into a sunnier chapter of fast-food history. The menu is spare, the smiles are not, and the grill perfume hits before you reach the register. The burgers are the headline—juicy patties with that kiss of sear, crisp lettuce, and a bun that keeps its integrity until the last bite. Nothing fancy, just confidently delicious. Prices are refreshingly down-to-earth, the rare combo that feeds your appetite without mugging your wallet. But the showstopper lives on the secret stage: Animal Fries. Golden potatoes smothered in molten cheese, grilled onions, and that tangy, slightly sweet spread—chaos in theory, harmony in practice. They’re salty, saucy, and exuberant, like a backyard party in a paper boat. Service skews lightning-quick, the dining room stays spotless, and the vibe is pure California optimism. Are there gourmet alternatives? Sure. Do they make me this happy for this price? Not often. In-N-Out isn’t hype; it’s habit-forming. Order a chocolate shake and let the nostalgia do the rest tonight.

Hmm, well the truth may hurt this time. From a cooks point of view... In-N-Out burger falls a little short for me...😕 Yes, you get the whole old timey experience when you walk in with the old fashioned outfits, hats and service which is great. But you don't have bacon in your burgers???!!!!😡😡😡 And mayo is not an option😵😵??? I can understand about the sauce, but the BUCK stops here when you can't add bacon in a burger in America!! The burger is fresh, I did enjoy the fresh lettuce and tomato and charred bun. The fresh french frys we're good as well. But the patty is super duper thin and there is 5 to 1 meat to lettuce/tomato/bun ratio!! Weres the beef!! It's good for a baby burger, or maybe if you like a lighter burger. But for me, I prefer a real deal meat burger. I'll go elsewhere for my burgers next time!! ✌️out!!

What kind, friendly staff! I was compelled to leave a review purely because everyone was so sweet, from placing our order to receiving it. I'm visiting from Canada and have never had In-N-Out before so I was excited to try it. The burgers are delicious and taste like they're fresh off the grill, and I'd say comparable to A&W back home. The fries taste just like my mom's homemade fries. I really enjoyed the sweet pink lemonade as well. My only complaint is that because the buns are toasted and then wrapped if you don't eat them quickly you're gonna get some soggy bread, which is a big texture ick for me. Everything else was lovely!

I don't go to In N Out A LOT, but of the various locations around here, this one has most consistently been problematic, and this time around may have been the worst.

To start, they've got a big line going so they've stationed someone outside with a tablet to take orders, though I'm not sure what this accomplishes outside of admitting they built the speaker box too close to the window. The order it taken and repeated which led to a sense of confidence we were wrong to feel. At the window the order is relayed incorrectly and we quite literally spent 3-5 minutes repeating it over and over for it to get entered correctly (window person had to call in a Supervisor to get it figured out).

As one might expect, this meant we were going to have to wait longer than expected to receive our food. Fifteen minutes later the food is presented. Wrongly (car side vs. to go). We request it please be bagged or boxed for the ride home and are asked to wait longer, though we attempted to confirm yet again that this order was indeed meal 1 & meal 2 (specs provided). They nod in agreement. A few minutes of cooling time later we receive our cold food. We arrive home. It's wrong. It's cold. I don't get it. For a place so pretentious that it has its own parlance (double double, 3x3, protein style, animal style, etc) you'd really think they would be able to get it right. Given 20-ish minutes. Given three opportunities for clarification.

Yes they were busy and I'm sure they won't miss me but they have precisely one last chance to keep this customer. They have offered to try better next time but anything short of a 4 or 5 star performance isn't gonna cut it. There's a debate between this chain and others, and as far as I'm concerned, I don't understand why there's a...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at In-N-Out Burger, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home.

The menu, while simple, is packed with delicious options. I opted for the classic Double-Double “animal style”, and it did not disappoint. The burger was incredibly fresh, with perfectly grilled patties, crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and their signature spread that ties everything together beautifully. The taste was a delightful blend of flavors that left me craving more.

Their fries, made from freshly cut potatoes, were the perfect complement to the burger. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, they were seasoned just right. I also couldn’t resist trying one of their milkshakes, and it was the perfect sweet ending to my meal – thick, creamy, and bursting with flavor.

The service was quick and efficient, and despite the bustling crowd, the staff maintained a high level of cleanliness and organization. It's clear that In-N-Out Burger values both quality and customer satisfaction, making it a standout in the fast-food industry.

Overall, my visit to In-N-Out Burger was fantastic. The food was top-notch, the service was excellent, and the overall experience was one of the best I’ve had at a fast-food restaurant. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and...

Was busier than I thought it was going to be around 145pm on a week day, but was not too bad... Was able to order, receive food, and eat by 215pm.

This is one of the few "fast food" places where consistency is present. If I had to say, over 98% of the time, I can expect what I'm going to get is going to look, smell, and taste like, which is a good thing in this case. It's not like other burger/fry places where you gamble on the the quality of fries each time you order, if the food is going to come out burnt, or if you're even going to get what you ordered. Like I said, I almost never have to worry about this at this establishment (even at other locations).

Price is not outrageous, but don't expect to get in/n/out on a limited budget.

Only negatives I have (which drop the rating to a 4 star): Most locations are a bit small for the amount of volume they serve. It seems they are busy even not during expected times of the day... When they are busy, it is hectic, not only for the point above, but because it can take a while to even order food.

Personal issue I have: You can only order one size of fries... I'm a fry guy when it comes to burger/fry joints, would honestly like a larger option.

Overall conclusion: Quality I can trust, would definitely come back, but only if allocated more time (especially if limited on time)...
