UPDATE: 8/15/25 Tommy you did great with my toes. Just missed some calluses and I paid extra for that service. This time you did my acrylic full set long nails. First time with you but have got my nails done since I was 18 I’m 46 now. You argued over the phone about my nails popping off in less than a week because they are long. I don’t work or do anything to pop my nails off. They should last at least 3 weeks to a month. You wanted to charge me. When this 2nd nail popped off and I called again. So I said why should I have to pay if the entire nail is coming off? It’s not breaking. It’s been not even a week. Am I wrong? And I live one hour away and I let Tommy know the distance. Now this would be the 2nd time I will have to go and get it fixed. 2 hour way trip. He scheduled me til the next day at 4pm. Customer service needs work. And the product needs to possibly be upgraded or replaced. Why is the glue not bonding or maybe the acrylic is not bonding well? DO NOT COME HERE! New management is HORRIBLE and INCONSIDERATE of PREGNANT WOMEN! Before they changed the name, got rid of everybody, and went underneath new management, this place was AMAZING! Last week I wanted my nails done for my gender reveal December 7th,2024. MIND YOU IM 8 MONTHS PREGNANT! When I walked in there, there was ONE old white women getting a pedicure. He asked me “What did you need?” Had a complete attitude and I said a full set and pedicure. He told me I needed an appointment, which I’ve NEVER needed before. I said okay well I didn’t know that because I’ve never needed one here before. So I go to go sit down because my ride dropped me off and I needed to call them back to pick me up, plus there WAS NO ONE ELSE IN THERE WAITING. So his wife, sister, or whoever comes out from the back and asked me what I was doing? I said I needed to call my ride back that I’m 8 months pregnant and needed to sit down. THEY proceed to tell me that I can’t sit in there and to go make my call outside and wait. By the way there’s no sitting area out there and it was warm outside. I didn’t even argue because with me being BLACK, I definitely felt like they were being racist. As I walked outside the man locked the door behind me. I was very DISGUSTED! I’ve never been treated like that at a salon. I DO NOT RECOMMEND...

I've come here several times for manicures, including full sets and pedicures. They have brand new massage chairs which are wonderful. They do a fantastic pedicure as well. I recommend one where hot stones are involved. The girls are funny and skilled. My manicure lasted the usual amount of time and my nails weren't demolished in the process. They have plenty of colors to choose from and do nail art as well. I'd like to make a point about some of the comments here and elsewhere in the nail business. If you have an appointment at a certain time, and it takes you more than a few minutes to pick out a color, you're being an arse. Your appointment is for the service, not standing around picking a color (past a few minutes). You are not the only person on earth waiting to get your business taken care of.
