I highly recommend Upcycle for your computer needs!!! My first purchase with them and they gained a customer for life. Beyond impressed with the customer service they offer. I bought a Gaming PC from them. Great working condition very well built and VERY fair price!!

Living a couple hours away and for the price of shipping it was cheaper to ship then round trip drive to pick up. Computer arrive packaged very well, its clear they wanted it to arrive safely. Computer fired right up and was as described. The PC was built with quality parts that that are in GREAT working condition.

During my initial set up of adding Office to the PC, Windows crashed on me. I am not a computer expert by any means but even I know OS can crash for multiple reasons(for all I know I caused the issue). I immediately contacted Gabby on a Sunday, fully expecting not to hear back till Monday. Not only did she respond with in minutes (On a Sunday!!) she attempted to provide me with a few solutions to try and resolve on my own. While those attempts were not successful, that did not stop her from helping. First thing Monday she was back in touch with me with a plan to resolve the issue. To say they have great customer service is an understatement.

Just remember software issues can occur even with the best built machines. A-lot of places would just tell you to deal with it and its not your problem, but you do not get that from Upcycle!!

I can honestly say even with this small issue (if you want to call it that). Not once have I felt frustrated or upset and thats because of the Customer Service and quality of product I have received.

Gabby was super knowledgeable and helpful. I was in state visiting family and decided to go on the hunt for a CRT Monitor. Not only did this store have plenty to choose from for such a niche rarity, Gabby was able to recommend and test exactly what I needed for my purposes. She answered all my questions professionally and friendly, and it was a joy being able to talk to someone who knows about this stuff. I rarely write reviews but this place deserves it.

Got home and tested the CRT. It was good at first and then it starts to flicker off and on. Reached out to them and they tried everything they could over the phone, the problem wasn't resolved. I had gone out of state with it and made sure it was secured. It's not an issue that you would notice off a standard turn on and turn off test. On top of this, the speakers I got did not work correctly either. When I bought stuff I asked specifically it it's guaranteed to work well, and they said yes. Even though they are nice and tried to help me, I also spent $250 on things I have to get repaired. Please test the stuff yourself if you can...

As a computer and cybersecurity professional for over 30 years, I have dealt with many, many computer equipment companies that have said they provide a good product, and good services at an equitable price. THIS store is the real deal, a gem. . My friends, this is SO much more than a recycling center (and you can do that, yes. But - what if you need a replacement computer monitor, or a basic new computer ? This is the place to go. Here are some more reasons they provide great hardware at an excellent price point they KNOW the TECHNOLOGY (this is key - if you go to Best Buy, they MIGHT be able to spell 'computer' , but can they provide a good, basic PC for someone to start off with without breaking the bank?
