Wrong bread was used to make our sandwich. The girl put my veggies really unbalanced! Barely any lettus, 3 tomatoe slices (on a foot long), too few most of the veggies but way too many pickles and black olives. Then she salted my sandwich with enough salt for 4 sandwiches, so much the sandwich was barely eatable. Then when cutting my sandwich in half everything fell out of the bread and she just scooped it back in the bread and wrapped it up to cram it all back together ... until I tried to open up the paper to eat my sandwich and it all just fell apart again making it a challenge to eat! I understand when someone is new or having a hard day but this visit was a disaster for me as a hungry customer who got a barely eatable sandwich. Really hoping my next visit...

Visited on Thursday about 8 pm. This guy rocked! He was able to follow my instructions for making my roasted chicken on Italian.

Normally I would ask for a lot of onions and green peppers. Every time I need to keep asking for just a little bit more; not this worker.

I even tested his listening skills by giving him my entire order at once, where most others I need to wait until the current step is completed before giving the next instruction. He nailed it!

He even went above and beyond to help me decide what size drink I should choose by checking the prices for the drink sizes. Kudos goes out to him!!

If every fast food employee had his work ethic, then I would agree fast food workers deserve $15 an hour. However, this type of worker is far and...

I tried to use a coupon for my BMT footlong and I was told that it did not apply to any of the green board Series sandwiches, only the basic white board ones. After consulting the coupon later, the only exclusions are Footlong Sidekicks, Wraps, The Monster, The Mexicali, Turkey Cali Club, The Beast, and The Garlic Roast Beef. Everything else in the Series category is fair game, and entering the code online gave me the discount for my sandwich as well. I only came in because I had a coupon, so paying full price hurts a bit. Writing this review to inform the owner so they can do better in the future, as this is knowledge they should...
