There was a time when I was really heavy into African and African American art. When moved from California back to Tulsa, one of the things I brought with me was my art. I just order some a new Charles Bibbs print ( and they sent me a free one) So I took them in to be framed. To say I was like a kid in a candy store is an understatement. Everyone was so nice. I can't wait to get the 2 pieces back and hang them in my room. I also got a poster frame for a John Bramblitt piece that I bought from Mayfest a few years ago. (Prince). I would love to see more African American Art & artists in the store to purchase (even if I'll be out of Wall space soon). But what a treat and quite affordable compared to some of the chain stores I've been to. We have plenty of pictures and pieces around the house and now I know where to go to get them all...
Read moreThey did not correctly stretch my canvas the first time. The clerk took measurements and we gave her specific instructions which she wrote down. Whoever stretched it did not follow these instructions. Of course this was almost 2 weeks after we dropped it off. Communication is a problem. They mounted it wrong, ignoring the mirror images that made it easy to wrap. They were not apologetic or helpful at this time. We’ll see if their “customer service” can do anything to fix their mess.
