Complaint on Maria (manager)Regarding Print Service Refusal Store# 270
Dear Office Depot Management,
I’m writing to formally express my frustration with an experience I had at your 1515 Skyland E location on June 3,25.
I came in to have some items printed and was initially being assisted by an employee. However, mid-process, she walked away to help 2 other customers who had arrived after me — without explanation or follow-up. When I asked for help again, the employee ultimately refused to complete my printing job and left me standing there without my order. Ignored me several times when asking for a manager and her name! Being in there so early waiting 30mins to be DISRESPECTED, inconvenienced, wasted time, and more expensive fees elsewhere!
This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I value good customer service and expected better from your team. I would appreciate it if this issue could be looked into, and I’d like to know how Office Depot plans to address situations like this in the future.
Please let me know how I can proceed with getting my items printed or if I should take my business elsewhere. Ive called the last 2days which Maria has put me on hold so long waiting for an imaginary manager til the line...

So being so moved by this employees lack of customer service skills, i hang up and called the Northport Location and a young lady by the name of Britney answered and she listened to the same question. She said me "Do you have the item #, then asked me to hold on and in a matter if a couple of minutes she returned to inform me that the item i was looking for was available and the price. Now i will countinue to shop at both locations but most of my business will be done at the Nothport Location.

Read moreAbsolutely the worse customer service. Print and Copy is terrible. You have to wait for service forever nobody asks what you need or how they can help. One manager has a brain everyone else just collecting a paycheck don’t have a clue. They no longer will print copies for you if you email it directly to them. The self service printers are difficult , broken and asking for help half the workers are unsure how to use them. Was spending well over $100 on just color copies and left with none I’ll take my business to someone else that appreciates it and can actually offer help...
