Subway — Restaurant in Tuscaloosa

I came in for a pickup order for myself first thing I notice is I'm missing cookies and drinks and the guy says what and stares at the recipt for forever. So he gets the cookies, I tell him I need my drinks, he hands me one bottle drink instead of two fountain cups. Whatever he made me feel uncomfortable so I left. I started eating mu sub, no extra mayo like I asked, not toasted like I asked and not the bread I asked for. I know they run out of bread sometimes so I'll just guess that's what that was. Worst subway, standing in the subway I made an online order so I could do the bogo. She received my order with 2 other people in the store so I waited behind them because she said cause I’m an online order I have to wait, then 5 more people came in so I got in line again, again told online order I have to wait. Every time the line gets down to 1 person and I think my food is going to get made 4 more walk in. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
