Magnolia Tree Park — Attraction in Tustin

Is a 5 🌟 park don't take me wrong, the only reason I gave 2 stars is the fact that we reserved it for a party and you have to pay a fee, of which is decent IF THEY GET IT READY FOR YOU,the tables were really dirty trash all over the place, 1 of the bathrooms was plugged the sink in the women's was really disgusting, I was mot happy to clean all over the park it was a kids party and was very dissatisfied and disappointed with Cindy the person that's assured me it was going to be cleaned, but other than that is a great park, I really recommend it just make sure you they really clean it you pay for it, you can have jumpers, there's really nice trees lots of shade but you might want to use a tarp on top of the gazebo because it get really hot there's not shade by the...

Not really professional lack the ability to communicate with you on a timely and proper manner. If you are a African-American I would stay away not a very welcoming committee to blacks, or if you have African-American guest. They also monitor your guest so there is not much privacy, you will receive notices if guest come too often. My friend received a notice to leave or stop guest from coming because the landlord said “she see’s the guest to often.” You can complain about anything even if it’s not factual they proceed with processes regardless, rather the complaints are true or false. Perfect small size full court basketball for 3 on 3 or 4 v4 (5 v 5 would be crowded).

Big green natural grass field for soccer practice, kids football practice, and enjoy a shady pic nic.

Nice tennis clean courts and jungle gym area for the kids/ BBQ area and benches for family...
