I think this is truly the worst experience I've ever had with a business. I originally came in for shocks and steering stabilizers on my truck. I ordered everything and spent about 1400 bucks. To cut a long story short its on week 4 without my truck because the stuff they ordered didn't work.
At my job I order parts all the time that simply don't work, I get that. But I called and told them they didn't fit so they "ordered the right ones." And I waited another week for shipment and it turns out they ordered the same ones. Even after I showed pictures of them not fitting he insisted that I drive down and let them install it because they were the right ones (keep in mind this will be the 3rd time I drove it down here 30 minutes from my house, only this time without any shocks).
So now we're coming on week 3, I drive down Friday (the day he told me to come back) without shocks and he tells me that they can do it and he says they can do it on monday. After some arguing he says he can do it but it will take about 2 hours. About 4 hours later I ask him what is taking so long and he brings me back and tries to explain why they don't work which I have already explained to him twice. So he orders me a nicer brand for free but now I have mismatched brands on my truck.
Here I am at week 4 because everytime new shocks had to be ordered he "would try to expidite them" and didn't. 5 trips down here, standard shipping 3 times, getting pushed for other customers, not to mention I NEVER received a phone call from this place. I had to call every single time and almost every single time was told they would call me back and didn't.

I told the guys in advance that my truck is my livelihood in that I own a construction company and need it to deliver materials and haul stuff to and from the job sites. Got there as they opened and was ensured that I would have my truck by closing time. Received a call at 4 that they would need my truck until the next day since they got behind and I reminded him of my work situation and told them I'd bring in a case of beer to whoever stayed late to get it done. Chris said ok I'll make sure it's done tonight. Roughly 1 hour later I got another call and Chris informed me that they had in fact ordered the wrong part and that the "good news" was I'd have my truck back in time. I can't even explain how big of a disappointment this was to hear. A full day of productivity and income in the trash and for absolutely nothing accomplished on my truck. As a business owner this screams lack of interest and professionalism. I know they have a large following and a fair group of clients who are willing to throw big money into their trucks, it's written all over their front drive in the way of very expensive project vehicles. My impression was that my little thousand dollar project was barely worth their attention. They did offer to discount the service and get it done next week but I have a desert trip planned and was counting on having this job done to tow my 18k fifth wheel in 2 days....

Spoke with a great customer sales rep, Oscar, guy knows his stuff and will help you build your rig.
Stayed over an hour talking numbers and exactly what I wanted and needed for the rig. After we agreed on a price, Oscar needed to get approval from, CONNOR for the sale to go through. CONNOR gave the okay and I paid in cash up front for all services.
I get a call the next day from CONNOR trying to sell me a completely different suspension set up ICON Stage 1, (don't know why we already agreed on what I needed for the rig), he then explains how the suspension I chose is not as good as ICON....
I explain how I have done my research and the company I chose is superior and is a better fit for me.
He then explains how Oscar misquoted everything and I would have to pay $500 more due to the mistake.... (I don't know about the readers reading this but does that make sense? As I recall you gave the approval, I have paperwork stating you did, for everything...) I told him i'll drive 70 miles back to pick up what I dropped off.
A company back tracking, and trying to get more from a customer when everything is already signed and agreed upon is unacceptable. I appreciate the fact that you showed your true self.
Everything has been recorded and will be sent to BBB. I think we can all agree that a business should stand behind what they sell, state, and advertise.
