I went to Burlington Bay Beach to take some sunrise photos during a recent first-time visit to Two Harbors. Though I didn't get the images I was hoping for due to morning fog, I felt safe walking along with wooded path (as opposed to the paved path recommended by my friend) to the point in the pre-dawn hours. Beautiful views of the lake and the gorgeous scenery. Walking distance to most everything else in Two Harbors. It looked like there was a kayak rental place nearby for those wanting to do that. Read moreQuiet beach area in small bay of Lake Superior. When I visited, there was often a pop-up kayak rental station. Definitely a beautiful spot to launch a kayak trip to explore along the cliff area to the South.
No permanent bathrooms, but temporary portable potties were available on my visit.
