YOU’LL HOWL AT WILL AT “BASKERVILLE”

A fun style of a Sherlock Holmes’ drama, The play “Baskerville”’s a laugh-o-rama! With five actors of the theater arts, Three of whom each play a kajillion parts, There were more costume modifications Than a runway model’s altercations! The stage crew literally “stole” each scene, Oftentimes without even being seen; The actors were all funny and had fun Which made them a pleasure to watch—well done! Though the sound system has been upgraded, Closed captioning would us have oft aided; The actors mimicked quite well each accent, Sometimes at the expense of the content; But through challenged hearing and smoky mist, We were still able to get the play’s gist; The choreographed parts? Hilarious! To euphoria they did carry us! We sat, with pleasure in our sector, By the parents of the play’s director; Their director’s wise, like Euripides, For navigating with such expertise. We suggest you read this tale’s synopsis Before venturing out cold to see this; But go see it—it’s great for Halloween; Except for some language, it’s cute and clean.

Went to see 12 Angry Men on 10/26/2023. The acting was really good!!! Went to see a friend perform in the play. Unfortunately, they used a "theater cigarette" during the play which put off a horrible smell and smoke into the room. Before the play began, the director said it was "harmless", however, I left during intermission due to a ripping headache from it. I spoke with 4 other ladies who were also getting sick from the smell, they left as well. The director walked in front of me when I was leaving and I mentioned it to her about the smell/smoke. She did not seem to care (so sad)!!! After taking a shower as soon as I got home to get the smell off of me, my husband looked up those "theater cigarettes" and yes they put off harmful carcinogens. *It would be nice if the theater would put an advance warning of smoke/smell when advertising for...

We were amazed at the group that did GREASE. The entire ensemble was amazing. Being a musician, and back up vocalist for some amazing people over the years I personally must give the young lady that sang in the silver sequined dress, full accolades.
