Went to drop off phone for repair got there at 10:20 am, and they were closed. It is new years eve but I told them I would be dropping it off at that specific date they didn't say a word about being closed. Why do you need to close the whole day? I get closing early, but you should also put a sign up saying so. No sign or anything saying you are going to be closed. They also act like they don't want to be there when they are there. Ridiculous.

We have shown up twice to get the back of my wife’s phone fixed. The first time, we made an appointment, and they didn’t honor it. The second time we came, the guy (both guys were extremely rude) took forever to eventually decide that they were unable to replace the screen for an iPhone 14 Pro. Let me save you the trip, go literally ANYWHERE else, and if you have iPhone, get Apple Care instead of Asurion.

Staff was very professional, polite and very knowledgeable. I came in with an over heating issue on my PS5. And the gentleman, I forgot his name, told me how the break down on the system would go and gave an estimate time for completion. He even beat the time and got it finished same day. Great place to go

I very upset with this shop. I took my son’s Nintendo switch to this shop weeks before Christmas. It was part of a Christmas present for my son. He spent Christmas break at his dads this year so we couldn’t have our Christmas until January 4th. I called days after dropping it off and they hadn’t had time to get to it. I understand they were busy and I had time. A little over a week went by and I called again. I was told they couldn’t fix it in the shop they would have to send it off and it would take a couple weeks to get it back. That was fine, it would be back in time for Christmas. I called again after it had come in and I was told they got it back but it was in worse condition. I was told this doesn’t normally happen but in this case they would replace it but it would take a week to come in. I waited a week and called but couldn’t get through to the store so I drove up there. I spoke to the tech that was there and he told me the exact same thing and called the manager in front of me because he wasn't there. I was told once again that they were ordering one to replace it and gave me the old one back. I called the day before yesterday and spoke to 2 people including the manager. Apparently they don't normally replace items with the issues mine had and they had me confused with another persons account so they're not replacing it. Now, I have already told my son he’s getting his switch for Christmas, who is 13 years old, that he is getting his switch for Christmas but it would be here this week. But now I have to tell him it was a mistake. He's going to be heartbroken and I'm going to look like a liar. They have had my phone number this whole time and couldn't even take the time to call me not once about this and tell me they've made a mistake and were not going to fix it or replace it. Could have given me time to find another place to take it to be fixed or do something else. I live an hour away from any repair shops so they have not just wasted my time and gas, but also ruined our Christmas. How hard is it to make a phone call and keep your word? Do what you say you’re going to do. I am so upset about this. Thank you for absolutely nothing. I do not recommend anyone to go to this place if they need anything fixed because they will tear up your stuff...

Filed an insurance claim with Verizon to get a cracked screen replaced and it said to come here. Jeremiah checked me in initially and had difficulty finding my claim. I asked if I needed to come back another day and see why it's not showing up. He assured me it was fine and pulled up my name and said he had me checked in and come back in two hours. I leave and return 2 hours later. Jeremiah greets me and says he's almost done. An hour passes before Jeremiah returns with the other guy Camden and my now repaired phone. Jeremiah informs Camden that he couldn't find a claim in the system but opened a work order anyway. Camden informs me they can't release my phone fixed because he doesn't have a claim. He tells me he will revert it back to the original condition by putting the old screen back on. I receive my phone to see the screen is now significantly more damaged from the repair then un-doing of the repair. FAR FROM ORIGINAL STATE. I don't see how it is the customer's fault for the employee to not know their job. Its now my fault their system didn't display my claim. I even asked if there was a problem before repairs were even done to avoid the whole situation. Yet I'm supposed to just be ok with these imbeciles wasting my time damaging my phone because Jeremiah is new. Well if he's new enough to not know how to do his job properly I probably wouldn't give him the responsibilities required to check customer's in I'm skeptical of any of his...

Long bc i HAVE TIME. After cracking my screen and giving up on a home visit due to weather cancelations I was told by Asurion to go to this store as they had the supplies to fix it. I got there around 12:30 and the tech was nice and told me to give them a few hours, check back at 2 something. Alright. I wasted my hours and went back at 2:15-ish and was told that they were running behind bc an employee has their kids in store and needed to go do something...they needed 45 more minutes. If having your children there keeps you from doing your job, it's an issue. I sat in my car for another 45 min and when I went in the tech gave me my phone, still cracked, and said they broke the back case/camera area and handed me a sticky note with asurions customer service number. So, you're saying for 2 hours nothing was done until I arrived to pick it up?? I call asurion in the lot bc I didn't want to leave and have questions. They then tell me that I'll get a replacement, just have to pay $300 bc the tech hadn't stated THEY broke it. I refuse to pay $300 for a phone that I was assured could be fixed for $29. I went back in the store with customer service on the line and had him fix it. So my issues in summary, my time isn't important, kids are distracting, apparent inexperience with the equipment. I drove 1.5 HOURS one way and wasted an entire day for what apparently was a quick fix THEY botched. Phone rep was amazing. Store in person...
