Historic Ann's 1893, Wedding & Event Venue — Attraction in Union City

After searching 100s upon 100s of venues, I was loosing hope. Everything was overwhelmingly expensive &/or under delivered. Then we found Historic Ann’s. The unique features caught our eye immediately. I expected another huge price tag. To my surprise there wasn’t one! It was reasonable, our desired date was available & the team was willing to meet with us in a reasonable time. We went to tour & fell in love with the place. What really sold it for us us was the kindness of the Historic Ann’s team. Their communication, kindness & attention to detail made us feel secure in booking. We are so thankful we did! Our friends & family LOVED the venue. We cannot recommend this place enough!

Soaring ceilings and dazzling fanciful chandeliers give this venue a special old world charm while providing many modern day updates and amenities. This venue has been lovingly restored, keeping much of the architectural charm of yesteryear while incorporating modern day conveniences by our wonderful hosts, Julie and David. The hosts went out of their way to ensure all of our needs were carefully attended to. The beautiful grand staircase provides the perfect setting for a spectacular bridal entrance or provides access to the lovely second floor accommodations. With access to the full kitchen, it’s the perfect place to host meetings, parties, bridal showers, weddings, or just any special occasion where one might serve food and beverage. I found myself drawn to the beautiful gardens which could serve as lovely place of meditation or perhaps as a space for an intimate gathering. I give this place a resounding 5 stars. My partner and I contacted Julie through her website and started the process of planning our wedding from a different state! I couldn't have asked for a more helpful, responsive, and flexible person than Julie. She got in touch with us right away and made the entire process stress-free and fun - that's every bride's dream, right? She was incredibly knowledgable and had answers for all of our little questions. She helped us visualize all the different ways our big day could be organized with Historic Ann's 1893! Julie has gorgeous pictures online, but I was blown away when we got to see the venue for the first time. Everything is exactly as pictured, with all of the beauty, charm, and romance you need to host a spectacular wedding.
