Customer service needs serious improvements instead of apologizing and admitting they were wrong and messed up they have just spammed the fb review section as I'm sure they will this one. As well as deleted my comment on there page. I Will no longer be shopping here I guess favoritism still exists being an adult I just assumed that was only high school stuff. Never felt comfortable shopping in store the lady's may be friendly on live but they don't treat you as they are in person. The live sales have become a joke doesn't matter who comments what... They pick and choose who they want it to go to. And when you address the situation you are met with snarky condescending remarks or just ignore you all together. I know losing me as a customer isn't a big deal nor losing three other customers is that big of a deal. but we are small town shopping to help keep you open and that should matter! I went back and forth about the rating but 3 stars is what I settled on. We visited this store for the first time recently. It was very clean and the selection that they did have was decently priced. But our problem was with just how unwelcome we felt. Yes someone said hello when we came in but customer service pretty much stopped there. The associates did not acknowledge at all after that. We were not expecting a red carpet welcome, but it would of been nice to have had someone ask if we needed any help. Someone else came in and got the same treatment, just lots of silence. It was just uncomfortable. We bought something small because we never feel right leaving a small business with nothing, and left. Just need a little more...
