Cielo's Hair Design — Attraction in Union

Second visit today, for them to fix what they had already not done correctly the first time (my hair was red prior to this color change and I understand that it is very hard to get red out) But being PROMISED not once but twice to get what I asked for and receiving a WORSE result is not okay. I have about 4 colors in my hair at this moment, nonetheless they freely let me walk out CRYING because of how unsatisfied I was infront of a full salon of men and women. Also one of the ladies who work for the salon who had helped out the first time agreed that this is not what I asked for as well. They asked if I’d like to come back a THIRD TIME… to be quite frank in not sure anyone in there right mind would go back for a third try while involving bleaching the hair.. Jose did my hair he is a very nice guy but this is horrible to let a client walk out crying and look like this …. Let alone not even STYLE the hair, left my bangs flat for a second time. I showed hair inspiration the first visit to show exactly what I wanted. The second time Jose and I had a clear understanding of what I wanted. This time was horrid, atleast last time I could bare the way I looked but this time it’s so bad it’s pretty embarrassing. Another 2-4 weeks of suffering with horribly looking hair so I can let my poor hair breathe. Long story short don’t make promises you can’t keep. Well, I walked into the salon today and like every other woman I wanted to walk out looking pretty with my hair colored and blown out, but it didn’t work out that way . The hairdresser put the color in my hair and She told me she would wash it out after 45 minutes . after about an hour I had to remind her to wash it out . She then told me that I was going to have to wait for my blow out because she needed to finish something. She then began to cut a little girls very long hair . After about 30 minutes, I realized that this Hairdresser had no consideration for my time or respect for me.I just asked for my bill ,paid it and left . I waited two hours in that salon and walked out with wet hair. Oh, and to add insult to injury, the girl didn’t even wash the color completely out of my hair. I got permanent dye on my pants. First off let me say I am a mom of three and barely have time to pamper myself . My fiancé and I stopped to see if I can make an appointment and I did . From the time I walked in I was instantly her priority. She listened to exactly what I wanted and she made it happen . She took about two hours and a half do do everything . Very good prices and she took very good care of my hair . I got a removal of color, added color (ombré reds ) ,treatment and cut and blow dry . She also gave me a shampoo and conditioner to take home which is amazing . They do women , children and men haircuts ! Cielo hair design will be the only place my family and I will go too !...
