This is a nice beach. I went here while I was in St. Croix and was satisfied with my experience. I drove up to the beach and parked on the side of the road. I got out of my car and went onto the beach, where I walked around. The beach had a shady, grassy area separating it from the road, so I put my beach towel there. I then went into the ocean and swam around for a bit before deciding to build a sand castle. I built my sand castle, and it was a pretty cool sand castle. It was kind of small and had two towers plus a moat in front of it. There was another castle by it that was huge and had four towers, but I didn’t build that. After I built my sand castle, I went snorkeling. I got my mask and snorkel and went into the water. When I put my mask on, I somehow ripped a pet of it so that water would come in while I was swimming. Because of this, I would constantly have to resurface while swimming to prevent salt water from getting into my eye, because that hurts. I didn’t go far enough to see all of the cool coral that people go to Cane Bay for, but I did get to see some small, grey coral and sea grass. Once I got back to the beach, I walked along the beach and built another sand castle. After I did that, I cleaned the sand off of me and left the beach, satisfied with my experience. I gave this beach five stars because it’s very pretty, has nice sand, and the water was if the ideal...

Read moreI am in love with this beach. Lots of shade, ambiance, Caught sight of a brown turtle there. I hear that the restaurant, whose name escapes me, posts on their Facebook page when they have local lobsters available. And they must be delicious because the line is long, long, long. I am sure this doesn't need to be said, but please clean up after yourselves. Less than half a mile east is the meeting point for one of the horseback riding outfits. Getting there can be a harrowing as riding in a cab in Boston. Roads are narrow, full of HUGE potholes. Drivers going insanely fast at times. But this beach is well worth risking life and limb for. Worth ending a sentence with a...
