Please become aware of my story as I do not wish for you to have the same one, HORRIBLE‼️ Recently visited the premise as it was most convenient due to the proximity. I was startled to find how unclean, and hot/humid the environment was. The server I encountered had horrible customer service skills, rushing through my food and seemed frustrated and standoffish for no reason at all. When asked why their food was covered the employee gave a very incoherent and jumbled reply along with a look of annoyance and exasperation.The high-beam flashing camera in your face was Extremely off-putting, but I have to say it DEFINITELY catered well to the theme of attitude and disrespect in the air. I really felt as if I wasn’t a valuable customer and being treated the equivalent of a (WALKING WALLET) was definitely disturbing and disgusting! However, this establishment clearly promotes this, as the server wholeheartedly embodied. I will instead take my business elsewhere and warn others to this type of TREATMENT so as to hopefully dissolve any future altercations as well. This subway as you could say left a very bad taste in my mouth and stain on their reputation.I gave them a star they barely deserved that. Read moreI walked in the door i guess too close to closing time. The lady working threw her head back distraught and said "are you kidding me!!!" then the young man working with her said to me and my sister as we approach the counter "Im sorry guys we arent making anymore food we close in 5 minutes" Shocked that we were able to walk in just to be turned away as if two six inch sandwhiches would have kept them there for hours longer. I work in customer service we open 5 minutes early and close 5 minutes late just in case clients are late. This is a service business where you are there to serve customers. If I was able to walk in there I should have been served. The point is that you weren't closed yet so there was no reason to turn away my business.I called the next day to speak with the store owner there were no managers available just a young lady with a bad attitude. Once i did speak with a manager 2 days later they were no help and didnt even so much as apologize to me for the bad service. Read moreThe restaurant was extremely hot as if the heat was on and it’s 92 degrees outside today. There was 2 Men working who wasn’t friendly at all, gave me anxiety with how they were rushing me and getting frustrated. I got coupons in the mail for subway so that’s the only reason I visited and when I presented it at the end they told me they did not accept coupons and that I should’ve told them in advance that I had a coupon. I told them I didn’t want the other sandwich and I hadn’t checked out, they refused to remove it although I hadn’t checked out and offered $2 off although it was a buy one get one free, so I was forced to spend money that I didn’t intend on spending because I was so anxious and intimidated by the frustrated workers.
