I understand the long hours, the late hours and even sometimes the disrespect from customers. But when you choose customer service then you must know you've made a decision to always be on your best. Always be on your best with customer questions, customer dissatisfaction, and even maybe sometimes an occasional thank you good job. I was not pleased with my service on last night December 23rd. If it takes me 15 minutes to get there, shouldn't the food be done? It's not ordered ahead, so typically, when you receive the order you make it. Read moreI took my son to the U-City location since I was in the area. He ordered the #1 meal with a rootbeer soda & a 3pc. mozzarella sticks. We were in the drive thru-line from 5:08p.m. until 5:37p.m. It was only 2 cars ahead of us, the car in front of us had 1 bag handed to them. So when I pulled up to the window I told the cashier that their wait time is horrible & I can't believe they have customers waiting so long for small orders & they don't even have lobby customers.
