City of Upland — Attraction in Upland

Upland is a nice city to live in town. Lot of trees. Beautiful place Mount Baldy's just right here. Not too far, but if you live below. Foothill be prepared to get tickets because they are main focus is below. Foothill they patrol arrow highway, typically Randy Street and give tickets on certain days because of cleaning the street. But shouldn't all of upland be getting cleaned even above foothill I wish they can do an audit to see where all the tickets come from. It's the low income people that pay the city. I don't understand the Pacific trail is right behind our apartments and they keep giving tickets to residence here. But other people that don't live in the area come at night around 2:00 a.m. and party here and leave trash but they don't get ticketed for parking there. Only our residents do not fair. Hot Rods for a Cure benefit car show came rollin' into Old Town Upland,California! The benefit car event for " Making Strides Against Cancer" had a great community turnout held near the Cooper Regional History Museum in Upland on Saturday.Vintage and classic cars,trucks and motorcycles along with great food,music, raffles and street vendors made for a very rewarding community event! Why does the city of upland feel the need to lock up their restrooms at city hall? I’m waiting in line to speak with someone in the building department have the use the restroom find out it’s locked and have to wait for someone to ask for a code. Does this city have that big of a homeless problem that they have to lock the restrooms at city hall? Makes 0 sense for a city building to lock their restrooms and require you to get a code. Do you not know how your own departments work? Sometimes the people at the counter have to go their desk to look up something. Person who has to use the restroom has to wait for the code?
