Main Line Women's Healthcare - King of Prussia — Attraction in Upper Merion Township

First off I would like to start with, I work in healthcare in a medical office and I have worked with many providers offices for my own care. I also rarely leave negative reviews. This office apparently does not leave any openings for problem visits. As a new patient, I understand that I need a new patient visit however, if I am having a true problem that is outside of a routine visit I should be able to be seen before the end of September……. Even if you have to double book (sometimes that happens-I know not ideal). I was able to call another gyn office within the axia umbrella and get in with a female doctor august 8th. The front desk of the other practice was extremely polite, thorough and knew that I needed to be seen sooner rather than later ( I didn’t even need to ask for soonest available she made it happen). Pts beware if you are new to the area or just want to find a new gyn and have an issue this office will not prioritize you. Even for bleeding… Remember to always advocate for yourself especially when you feel something is wrong. In short, I do not recommend this practice. The front desk was off putting and dismissive and would not prioritize my health because I was a new patient. ( I’m not sure how their established or obstetric patients...

Dr. Naujoks and Dr. Maclean have both been so incredibly helpful throughout this past year as I’ve struggled with ovarian cysts. I felt heard and treatment was swift including the two surgeries and follow ups which can usually take a long time to schedule. At my previous practice they were instant that because I was not in pain while visiting them that there was not an issue despite having been to the emergency room multiple times. But these two were eager to help and even set up an aftercare plan to minimize the pain and frequency of the (what turned out to be dangerous) cysts. They also were diligent in finding the route cause of the issue so that it could be treated properly during the surgeries so that I would not need another appointment! Ive had a huge fear of hospitals in the past and these two were also very accommodating and understanding of my anxiety and took the time to carefully explain the procedures and test results as well as address my concerns! The only reason I am giving two stars instead of zero is because I did not see a doctor here and can’t speak about the practice in that sense. However, today I called because I had shown up to the wrong office for my appointment and was genuinely confused about which office I was supposed to be at and was looking for a little bit of help or clarification and was met with hostility out of nowhere. Now I know that receptionists deal with difficult people all day but I promise you, I’m not one of them! I had questions that weren’t answered because the lady immediately started cutting me off saying I had the wrong office and repeating the same number (to the other office) over& over every time I tried to speak. Mind you, the number she was giving was the location I had already shown up to. I didn’t even get to explain anything to her before she was just rude and dismissive. Truly disappointing because I didn’t approach her with energy even...
