I had one of the worst customer service experiences in my whole life with this place. I ordered online through the app as a loyalty member. And I never received my order. I had to leave my place of business to drive to the location to pickup my order. I ordered delivery and received a Uber tracking information. Uber texted almost 40 minutes later saying the order has been cancelled and to get in contact with Vitality Bowls to address the issue. So I call the location and their answer was we cant help and i need to get in contact with Uber. I explained Uber told me to reach out to them and they said well there is nothing we can do. This is ridiculous they did not even try to find a solution for me, they basically said i would have to figure it out my self. I cant believe i order through the app which states delivery is offered and if something goes wrong the customer has to figure out how to solve becuase Vitality bowls will not fix it. I am still charged for delivery fee and for tip, when i had to drive to the location and pick up my order, Its ridiculous. I understand situation happen and things can be out your control. But to not even try to fix the situation and just let the customer try to figure it out is unacceptable. I love this place, i order from it every week, i even signed up as a loyalty member because of how great it is. But this is just a big slap in the face. And when i went to the place to pickup my order and brought up my concern they said well next time just don't use the app. That's their solution to this issue!!! I am really disappointed with this location in...

I stopped by Vitality Bowls in King of Prussia Town Center last weekend while shopping nearby, and it was the perfect healthy pick-me-up! I'm always on the lookout for quick, nutritious options that don't skimp on flavor, and this spot nailed it. The location is super convenient right at 230 Village Drive.

I ordered the classic Vitality Bowl—organic açaí blended with banana and strawberries, topped with fresh fruits, granola, and a drizzle of honey. It was thick, creamy, and packed with that authentic açaí taste without any weird additives or ice fillers. The portions are generous for the price, and everything felt fresh and vibrant. I added the Açaí Elixir Smoothie on the side, which was smooth and naturally sweet—no added sugars, just pure goodness from the ingredients. It kept me energized for the rest of my errands!

Service was prompt and friendly; the staff were knowledgeable about customizations and even suggested adding blueberries for extra antioxidants, which I'll definitely try next time. The place has a clean, welcoming vibe, and it's great for dietary needs like dairy-free or gluten-free options. If you're in the KOP area and craving something light yet satisfying, this is your go-to. I'll be back...

Updated review:

I'm updating my review because the owner put in a great deal of time and effort to make this right. It seems there was confusion caused by a third party system. I've ordered from this store before and received great service and a tasty smoothie bowl. I look forward to buying from them again.

I ordered a smoothie bowl with a gift card a loved one gave me. I love smoothie bowls, so it was a great gift. Vitality Bowls delivered the wrong thing (some mystery smoothie in a cup) and cannot refund or resend my order. I’m told the person who answered the phone will have to ask the manager to refund tomorrow and then I will have to wait for my refund to be applied (she mentioned 48 business hours). The only other solution the rep had would be for me reorder, taking my total to over $40 spent in one day to get what should have been $20. I’m annoyed now because I don’t trust giving them more money since I have no way to document that they will refund me. And since I am working, I can’t leave to go buy lunch. Their plan for dealing with problems they create is really not a good one. The phone rep said they swapped my order with someone else who has the...

I loved my experience here. Food was fairly priced, came out warm, and customer service was amazing. I came on a Friday noon and it wasn’t super busy. The app and rewards are also better than many out there: 1 pt per $1 spent, $10 off when you reach 100 pts. Free bowl on your bday and $3 off when you sign up. We ordered two Chicken Paninis and a Large Tropical Bowl to share (total $31). Panini was super flavorful, although I would‘ve liked to take off the sun-dried tomatoes as they were too chewy for my personal taste. The bowl also had a great combination of flavors! I wouldn’t call it tropical though, more like “Berry Bowl”. Would def recommend for a light and healthy lunch / breakfast option that leaves you satiated and not weighed down. We just had playa bowl and wanted to compare. This one seemed less sweet, aka more healthy lol. Will be back!

I only am giving it 3* because it tasted good. I ordered at 12:02 and at 12:30 I still hadn't received my food. When I asked (at 12:28), they told me it would be another 7-10 minutes, despite only 4 people already there waiting when I ordered. I watched several people come in and leave with the food they ordered. When my food arrived, it was wrapped to go even though I said it was "for here" as it was over 90° outside. When I opened the bag, there was some sort of liquid all over the outside of the container. I ended up leaving with my order at 12:35. By the way, my order was not fancy or complicated. It was 2 standard items directly of the posted menu (a med. Vitality bowl and dragon smoothie). 5* for taste, 1* for service = 3*. I'm not sure I would go back. Definitely don't go if you only have a 30 min. lunch.
