UPDATE: If I could revise this edit base on customer service they would get a 10/10! Cindy from the main office/location in CT reached out upon reading this review and went extremely above and beyond to not only apologize, but offer us a chance to come back and give them another try. She ensured that the staff at this location would be receiving additional training and that we would see a big difference the next time that we visit. Planning to give them another try in April and hopefully report a great update!
It’s a shame because if I was writing this review after our first experience (the week that this place opened) it would be significantly different. It was not crowded at all, light inside and not so loud that you had to shout to just talk to someone next to you. This place has become a mess in a matter of weeks. The second time that we went was a weekday and at least 3 times more crowded. There was no control over how many people were allowed into a time slot and it was just chaos. Staff was either extremely unknowledgeable or rude. My younger daughter who is 5 has sensory sensitivities and extremely high functioning autism and was completely fine (and had a great time) the first visit, but the second was nothing short of traumatizing for her. Firstly, it being 2023 I would think it would be a requirement to have some sort of accommodations for kids with sensory sensitivities (a quiet space, sensory specific nights), this place offers nothing and doesn’t really seem to care about the matter. My daughter is typically fine in crowds, but was being rammed into from teenagers acting like animals. The music did not bother her, but when one of the woman staff members started banging on the microphone for the intercom system it was insanely loud and made her unable to have any fun from That point on as she was scared it would happen again. My older daughter, 9, was there with a friend, but also experienced it just been way too chaotic to really enjoy it. The line at the front desk was out into the street so it was Impossible to even grab a staff member to try and get assistance with any issues. $25 for an hour (that doesn’t even include everything) is insane when you’re fighting against 100 or more kids at one time of all different ages to do something. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen and we will not...

Nestled in the bustling area of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, Thrillz High Flying Adventure Park delivers an exhilarating experience for families seeking a slice of indoor excitement. While there were a few bumps along the way, the journey was treasured.
As one enters the park, the immediate impression is professionalism and courtesy, exemplified by the well-mannered staff. Unfortunately, the venue could have been more proactive in informing guests about the availability of charging stations hidden in tables and the location of bathrooms, which left some room for improvement.
The park's main attractions, such as the thrilling slides and challenging obstacle courses, were phenomenal. All members of the family thoroughly enjoyed these adrenaline-pumping features,
However, the day was not without its shortcomings. Two non-operational game card machines marred a significant portion of the experience. This left us unable to access certain games despite spending $289.99 for the day's activities, not to mention the $70 spent on gas to get there. While one would have expected management to offer temporary solutions, such as making the games accessible without cards or providing discounts for future visits, such as preloaded game cards when the machines are fixed, none of these measures were taken.
Another point of contention was the Mini Thrillz section for toddlers. Though generally a hit, parts of it were under construction, reducing the area available for our youngest adventurers. Additionally, the floor-level lighting was suboptimal, making it difficult to capture quality footage with a GoPro camera.
Lastly, cleanliness protocols were lacking towards closing time; unlike other indoor parks that temporarily close sections for thorough cleaning, the staff at Thrillz resorted to a quick disinfectant spray, falling short of the expected sanitization standards.
In summary, Thrillz High Flying Adventure Park offers an exceptional experience, teeming with excitement and family-friendly activities. However, a more holistic approach to customer service and amenities, along with attention to operational details, could elevate this park to unparalleled heights of amusement excellence....
Read moreThrillz Theme Park in King of Prussia is an exciting, spacious venue that immediately gives off an adrenaline-pumping vibe. At first glance, it’s a great place for both kids and adults to enjoy, offering a variety of thrilling attractions. However, when you dig into the details, there are areas in need of improvement.
One of the major downsides is cleanliness, particularly with the equipment. The mats aren’t being sanitized between uses, which is concerning, especially in a place where so many people are coming into contact with the same surfaces. Given the current health climate, proper sanitation should be a priority.
Another issue I noticed is the lack of separation between age groups, which can make the experience feel a little chaotic. I found it concerning to see both young children and adults using the same equipment during peak hours, such as 11 am. It might be helpful if the park implemented designated times for adults to enjoy the rides without children around. This would also ensure that adults aren’t using the equipment inappropriately, which we saw a few staff members addressing while we were there.
Additionally, the music selection raised a red flag. While I understand playing modern hits to cater to a wide audience, some of the lyrics being blasted throughout the park were highly inappropriate for a family-oriented setting. For example, a song with explicit and suggestive lyrics was playing while kids were around, which is a definite oversight on the park’s part. LYRICS: “ I might let your boy chauffeur me But he gotta eat the booty like groceries But he gotta get rid of these hoes from me I might have that n* selling’' his soul for me Ooh, that's how it 'posed to be If he wants me to expose the freak” No parent wants their child to repeat inappropriate words they overheard, and the park should take this into consideration for future playlists.
Despite these drawbacks, Thrillz offers an enjoyable experience for the thrill-seekers out there. It’s fun and full of potential, but there’s a need for more organization, especially in terms of separating adult and child activities, cleanliness, and keeping the atmosphere family-friendly. With some tweaks, it could become a great spot for me...
