I can't show this place enough love. Every time I go here I feel like I am being taken care of by my aunts and sisters: I truly feel at home.

I see Kathy for nails and Shelly for waxing. I struggle with some skin issues and both Kathy and Shelly have helped me tremendously. I can very honestly say that they have provided me with more care and empathy than even my medical teams.

Shelly is an expert esthetician and the only person in the area I trust do my waxings. I feel so comfortable in her care that I recommend her to absolutely anyone any chance I get. When I first started going to Kathy my nails were brittle and painfully cracking due to a medical condition. However, with Kathy's care and expertise I am now thrilled to report my nails have fully regained their strength! She has guided me and advised me perfectly not just on matters of nail health, but also in small other ways about my own life.

The lady doing my hair started out great and friendly but things started to turn sour when she told me she only worked until one and it was already 12:20 when we got done washing my hair. She started blow drying it right after the wash and I got confused and i asked if i was still geting a haircut, she said she only felt comfortable cutting my hair dry WHICH HAS never happened at a professional salon to me. I have long thick curly hair and I was terrified she would mess it up. As she started blowing my hair dry, she started ripping through large sections with a round brush instead of sectioning it off by layer. The brush pulled so hard against my head I COULD FEEL THE ROOT OF MY HAIR RIP OUT. I forgot her name but i talked to the front desk lady afterwards and I offered to pay for the wash and hair dry. She didn’t make me pay but honestly that lady who did my hair should not be allowed to TOUCH people with thick curly hair. If you have thick curly hair, I would advise...

I can be pretty picky with salons and I have been here for two different services and have been very happy with both. First, I had Kathy a few weeks back to do an Express shellac manicure and she was so friendly and did such a great job. My nails were beautiful and I barely even realized we were done because she is so easy to talk to and I was so caught up in our conversations. Today, I got my hair dyed with one of the newer staff members, Kaleigh. I explained what I wanted and she got the color mixed and it was so perfect! I am so obsessed and it's going to be a perfect fall/winter color. She also is very sweet and easy to talk to.
