I’ve had two experiences with JARS so far
My first, I don’t blame the budtender, but my 5 minute trip was tripled due to the scale being overly sensitive for weighing. They had to manipulate one to two buds back and forth for my 2 weed choices and it took 10 minutes just to weigh out 2 half oz. She was sweet, but I can go to puff and it’s in and out quick.
I decide to give there curbside a shot. I order a pick up for 0945-1000. Wasn’t ready until 15 minutes after that point. I check in online, it just tells me to park in back, never mentioned to park in the orange lines that have no identification that it’s for curbside. 10 minutes goes by, so I call and they said they’ll be out soon and explain the orange lines. Before calling I noticed two employees goofing around outside. Another 10 minutes passes and I’m still waiting. I’m calling to cancel my order and am exiting my space as the same two employees had gone in and are now walking out waving at me with my order. The order was 15 minutes behind schedule, I was emailed it was ready only to wait another 20 minutes.
Long story short, if you want to spend 2-3x as long getting your order over puff I guess this...
Read moreStopped at JARS for my first time after placing an in-store pickup order through their app. Their great deals had finally drawn me in. I was pleasantly surprised by their facility. The building was very large and modern, had visible security, and the inside was well organized and spotlessly clean. I was greeted immediately upon entry, and had only mere moments to enjoy the seating area before I was called into the secure shopping area, by Ashley C. She introduced herself, letting me know she was there to assist me with any shipping needs or questions. Ashley was great! Very personable, and very helpful. We even had a brief discussion regarding the need to find me allergen safe edibles, as I have a combination of many food allergies, but I would enjoy being able to add them to my chronic ailment arsenal. Read moreDon’t do online if you are expecting a quick easy transaction. Definitely don’t use their pay ahead system. I normally go inside and shop regularly. I decided I wanted to order ahead and not have to do the whole shopping thing. I get one of your lower performers in customer service reps. He takes me back when my ordered is already paid for, tipped and allegedly ready. It wasn’t ready and I sat back basically shopping defeating the purpose of ordering ahead. Then jars charges what they feel like. I have receipt of my order then they charge me more which the whole order should be refunded and you should have done something for your complete negligence. Since I had a low performer representative he was already tipped and did nothing to rectify the problem. I didn’t authorize you to charge more. How unprofessional. Hire better people and when you make a mistake with someone’s credit cards you should definitely take accountability for being irresponsible and...
