Hello to all at Stanley Mill Antiques, we stopped in today and I viewed this littlest Christmas tree and took pic of this to share as well as this tea album which I was not expecting to find such a treasure; well, it goes to show that you can't ever know what-awaits-one! Happy Holidays! ---------------------- This is a unique place; esoteric even because it is not like an antique store; not the ones that I am used to. It does have lots of gadgets from days gone by and bye. I was happy with the small purchased that I made during this visit; it is nice to see they have pricing for a person such as I; a poor wretched soul who could only afford $1 or coins. Thank you.

Myself and my friend are seasoned antique shoppers. This place had mostly bespoke tools and antique books. This is an awesome place for someone looking to outfit a garage or a other industrial space but unfortunately not us. The staff was great and the shop was well lit and smelled pretty decent for an antique store. The one amazing thing this store had was lighting made from old electrical equipment and FREE COFFEE! Despite this place didn't appealed to my tastes this is still a great place if you're into antique tools and a fun afternoon! Also I'm pretty sure you can start an irl game of amnesia the dark decent in the basement.

This antiques store is really nice and the sheer amount of unique and odd merchandise is quite impressive. There are 3 floors to explore and you should keep a sharp eye out because there are so many nooks and crannies hiding treasures. The 3rd floor contains a great assortment of books. A must visit for treasure seekers.

I stopped at two shops at the former Stanley Woolen Mill. One had "Primitives" in its name, and was about half antiques and the rest articles - mostly decorative - in a primitive or country style. Some of these were window treatments. There were also handmade soaps and the like. They carry quarts of paint in antique colors. The Stanley Mill Antiques has two floors that I visited. The entry level floor is a variety of smaller tables, boxes, chests, baskets, horse hames, and numerous small articles of great variety. The lower level contained a few larger tables (seating four or six), some chairs, and quite a variety of old tools. There were also sleds, fishing rods, and other recreational goods. (I don't have that much knowledge, but it looked like there were some valuable antique things along with more recent merely "used" items.) I was surprised to see some wood shop equipment - drill press, a band saw - all old but in decent shape. I was simply reconnoitering the two shops, but they look like good places to find interesting and...

The shop dog is agressive and has attacked my service dog twice. The first time, I was obviously upset but figured it wouldn’t be back and went back a second time. The second time was months later and I had completely forgotten about the dog they had said was friendly and loved other dogs. He is NOT friendly. He lunged at Henry twice, the dog that I couldn’t live without and have spent months training. They also told me that the place was pet friendly. Do not bring your pets or service animals here. Very angry and disappointed. No physical injuries but I could have to retire henry from service dog work. I’m not sure if he’ll be able to work around other...
