Jumbo Donuts — Restaurant in Uxbridge

I have been working in your area and was told by my brother who lives out this why to give you a shot so here is my review Jumbo donuts is your hole in the wall donut shop if you like to look for those places What it lacks in advertising on the outside don’t be fooled because they really live up to there name I seen some crazy big donuts don’t worry they still have regular sized ones to and some cool options of there own like a bacon donut for those bacon 🥓 lovers 🤤 also there coffee is fantastic and don’t forget the breakfast sandwiches ugh to die for and real eggs not that fake stuff from the competitors so good my favorite is the bacon double egg and cheese on a French toast bagel yum I think the best part of this shop is the wait staff they are so pleasant and kind and want to help you out they genuinely want your business and want you to come back you are not a number here If you are ever in the area give it a shot you won’t be disappointed Thanks for the great service and the smiles keep up the good work and maybe , hopefully there will be a jumbo donuts near...

I'm sorry to have to review so poorly, as jumbo had been better when I was younger, but the past couple of times I've come here have been an unfortunately bad experience.

Today whilst going through the drive through, I ordered a hot chocolate. It was not remotely anything close to resembling hot chocolate. It was hot water that was a light brown color, without anything vaguely chocolate tasting in the fluid. Such a shame. It was so scalding hot that I had driven 18 minutes back to home by the time I was able to sip it and discovered it was just light brown water.

The last time I went through jumbo they'd given us a latte that was also just super super thin, barely any coffee to speak of, and filled to the brim with sugar.

Maybe they should taste test their own products first before serving them out? I knew it was risky to go try jumbo again today, but I took that risk and now have made up my mind to not...

Service is great, bring your own parking though....

This is in no way a reflection on the staff by any means. They are always great to deal with and, like any job, staff has bad days like everyone else.

The owner sold the business. Like most places, when the previous owner did things the way they liked it and now it's not as good as it used to be.

Like the next day, donuts, some it works but some they end up stale. Same with muffins. It just isn't right to serve hard, stale food when you're expecting different. Especially when you go through the drive-through and you find out halfway to work.

There are other things, but it's just being nit-picky. The staff literally makes this business. It's easy to see why people return, but the bottom line is if your service is amazing and the food is so-so... you move on,...
