Through the year, the bar is sponsor to events monthly~ bus rides to a pro sports game, BBQs, big annual fund raisers, two annual Poker Runs, pool leagues (summer & winter), summer Bocce teams, annual garage sale, and a few others. Always something to look forward too, but not the same thing over and over. The Relay Club is known as a "cop bar" and this keeps the rough element far away, so the environment is safe, intimate, and comfortable. The ole timers like it during the day, especially on Tuesdays (Man Cave Tuesdays) when they play oldies but goodies all day; the younger crowd populate the place after 7PM! Monday nights they provide a simple menu but the best fresh cooked Mexican food you will ever have! Ever! Great neighborhood bar .... has its regulars, but they're mostly friendly!!! Staff , Nick , Sally , Katie and others genuinely care and often bring food of their own !!! Yes! Still an intimate dive bar!!! These people, work hard & bring food when they can!!! Gotta love...
