So here is my experience dealing with this business. I went to Hone Depot and got a quote. I went to Belleville to see if they can bet the price. I went and Noone was there even when it said it was open on Google. I called and left a message. Talked to the owner later that day to meet with him the next day.
The next day we met with him and asked about the cost. I informed him that included tearing up the carpet and taking it. He agreed to add that to the final cost. During this meeting he stated that he would give us a good deal if we go on a date with him. Ummmm no! He told us on the way out to remind him the day before , why should we?
The week of installation we called and left a message for him. He then stated he needed to come and check out the carpet. My first thought is why did you wait until the day before. He arrives an hour later and says oh we need to rip up the carpet. I pull out the paper receipt and he makes up every excuse on why they can't. He then threatened to cancel the job but we needed it done that week because if not I would have allowed it to be canceled. I bit my tongue and ripped up the carpet. He said the installer will be at the house tomorrow at 11am. My roommate gets there and they are not there. She tries calling and no one picks up she leaves a message. An hour later still nothing. I finally call and he picks up. He instantly starts yelling at us and calling her a liar. He then tells me that the installers are still at another job and won't be at our house for another 2 hours because they need to go back to the building. So they didn't arrive until 2:30. They do their job and when they are done they informed my roommate she needs to pay an extra $75 for them to take the carpet. I had the receipt so she couldn't show them. So she had to pay the extra $75.
I tried calling the owner he completely ignored my calls. When we finally gets ahold of him he constantly threatens me and yelling that he can come back and give us the carpet. I asked repeatedly to give us a refund. We even sent him a copy of the receipt and he "don't get it". Even when it was delivered.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the service I received concerning floor work, heater, and hot water heater installation. Despite having paid $4,000, the work completed was not only incomplete but also faulty, resulting in ongoing issues and repeated service calls.
Summary of Issues: Initial Work: • Old flooring, heater, and hot water heater were removed. • I paid a total of $4,000 for the job. Faulty Wiring: • The newly installed heater was wired incorrectly. • The transformer continued to burn out, requiring multiple return visits. • Each time the issue was “addressed,” the same problem persisted. DTE Warranty Involvement: • I had an active DTE Plus Plus warranty, which sent out a licensed contractor. • The contractor found that the system had to be rewired due to prior incorrect installation. Air Conditioning Problem: • When DTE returned to inspect the air conditioner, they found it was also wired with low-voltage wire — entirely inappropriate and unsafe. • The AC would not start. They had to bypass the system to force it to come on. • The bypass revealed that low-voltage wire had been used where it should not have been, which needs to be corrected. Incomplete Flooring: • The flooring work remains unfinished. • Despite this, the entire $4,000 has already been paid, and the contractor has not returned to complete the job. Unresolved and Unreimbursed: • The incorrect wiring, now requiring complete rewiring, has not been addressed by the original contractor. • The company refuses to replace or reimburse for the wire — even though it was already paid for as part of the original job and has caused...
Read moreDo not use this company for tile. Had tile done in my kitchen. 4 months out tiles were popping. Called Mack he had an installer come out and take a look to replace the ones that were popping. Installer came in and said the whole floor had to be redone. I told the installer then that's what I want done. He went out and called Mack and said he told me to just fix the ones that popped. I told the installer he could just leave I want the floor redone. My husband then went to Bellville carpet exchange and talked to Mack with no resolution he insisted on just replacing the ones that were popping now a year later they all are popping and I have to pay someone else to redo my floor. He does not stand behind his work and so called warranty. Do not recommend. Also had carpet in a small living room area and that is not holding up explained I needed carpet that would hold up with pets and children the carpet is less then 2 years old and looks worse then the carpet that was there for 8plus years. If your looking for someone to stand behind their work this is not the place. We work hard to make improvements to our home and it was wasted money that...
