I know places are short staffed, and have new people, but it doesn’t mean those workers have the right to be nasty to customers, or ignore them. And waiting for 25 minutes for a super small easy order (2 cheese roll ups, 1 soft taco a d 3 drinks). And others waiting for much longer than that is just beyond ridiculous. Walked in because we couldn't use drive through with two littles who were really hungry ( only about 5 cars in line). Waited a couple of minutes and was told that I had to use the kiosk or use the drive through. Then she went back to the drive through window. A woman waiting inside had ordered her food 15 minutes before I did and guy after her and they both had not gotten their food or acknowledged. There were 4 people working the drive through....10 minites after I order through the kiosk I get somones attention and ask for a refund so I can leave because I had been waiting 10 minutes and the poor people before me had been waiting for over 24 minutes. The nice girl said it was only her working back there. I said that I saw 4 people working back there, new girl at the window told her to "just ignore them, they aren't worth it". I just wanted a refund so I could take my two hungry and getting rambunctious kids out of there. Finally a new guy came on shift and started working the other side of the line...mind you that a lot of vehicles had gone through the drive through. 16 minutes into waiting and after the window girl went and either puffed on her vape or quick smoke by the entry door, she called my name for my drinks...People before me still waiting for their food. I just wanted a refund. 6 minutes later the woman before me got her food, 8 minutes later I get mine (no sorry it took so long, no have a nice day) and then the poor guy who ordered before me...still waiting, other people get their food, my kids eat theirs, and we go to leave...he is still waiting on his food. From when I walked in the door to when I walked out was over 45 minutes. I was told to be ignored. Countless cars through the drive through. So many people inside ignored, and even when they did get their orders it was wong. Beyond dissatisfied and disappointed. The door dash driver at least got acknowledged, but waiting at...
Read moreTldr: Received smashed food and only 1/2 of our order. Returned to the store to have it corrected and still received 10/11 items and our special order item was still made incorrectly. Will not return to this location for future orders.
The food we received on our order was smashed. Our Doritos locos taco was at the bottom of the bag and smashed. We were missing a beefy 5 layer, a cinnamon twist, and a beef crunchy taco on our original order. When I got home, I called the store and asked for the manager. the employee who answered, was the same employee who had taken our order. When speaking with the manager I requested a name to write down as I was taking notes on my receipt as to who I spoke with. She immediately said that she would not provide a name or what her position at the store was. Instead I let her know I would come down to the store since I could not receive answers over the phone. When I arrived the staff did not acknowledge me and I finally had to holler into the back room to receive service. Our order taker was again the employee I spoke with. She apologized for the issue and assured me that the food would be remade and she would oversee the employee while it was being remade. I waited while they helped 4 people through the drive through line, then they remade my food. When I received my remade order I was still missing an item and the special order beefy 5 layer (no beans) still had beans. I waited to hopefully speak with the manager again for a few minutes but she never returned. I opted to instead take my now once again cold food home so we could at least eat. I called the restaurant and spoke again to our order taker who apologized but did not check the order was correct before it was returned to me.

Read moreWell, first off, this is normally a great taco Bell store, BUT...there is always one of those.... Yesterday, 10-13-17, part of $30.00 order, was a simple large diet mountain dew. On my way to work, I don't have time to turn around, and the pop had NO syrup in it. NASTY right? So I call, manager says no bug deal, next time you are here we will give you another. Today 10-14-2017, I order, and ask for my free pop please, I explained, very rudely, do you have a receipt? Girl asks me. VERY RUDELY, and offers me a medium. I ordered a large, 3 minutes of arguing, next, I am in the store, getting berrated by 2 different girls,for 5 minutes, arguing I just wanted my pop. Asked for manager, dumb girl says she texted her manager sonhe knows what is going on.finally after 7 minutes of ridiculous statements by the girls that work night shift, the texted manager comes up, and asks what is going on. I said all of this, over a dollar? I would have just ordered another if I knew that taco Bell in Belleville Michigan, hires incompetent people to work for them. And they do not have skills to deal with the public in general. The manager finally gives me my drink, and I am happy. Then as I am walking out, the genius employees keep making rude comments as I am walking out of the front door? People like these 3, deserve to be 'FIRED'. As usual, the customer is always right.
