Omg! I took my iPhone to the mall for a simple one 8+ screen swap. 1 hour later my phone was not assembled and my iPhone sadly was not turning on.

I was referred to Ventura Fix by this same repair shop in the mall. As soon as I got to Ventura Fix I told the tech what had happened. Immediately Jose plugged in my phone to a machine and noticed some irregularities. He showed me the problem and swapped a part on the mother board.

I watched as all this happening and I was so worried about my pictures because I have so many of my son. 15 min later he tested it again on the machine and it looked different. Jose assembled the phone and it TURNED ON! My hero’s! Only repair shop I’m getting my phone fixed at from now on. Oh! And it was Saturday which Ventura Fix is normally closed but Jose decided to come in and help me out. Shows the level of dedication...

We dropped in at Ventura Fix to replace the worn out battery my son’s iPhone. He provided a reasonable price and said it would be done in less than an hour! We came back to pick it up and he said that during the battery replacement process the screen on the phone was damaged - he replaced at no charge even though he correctly noticed that the screen had been previously replaced with a low quality screen (by Patteries Blus)- he also replaced the screen protector!!

I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and willingness to replace something that may not have been his fault. Excellent customer service! I paid for the screen even though he didn’t ask me to- it was the right thing to do.

Let's start off by saying my cat spilled my coffee on my laptop. ugh! I looked around for a place to fix my macbook and came across Ventura Fix. It took them 4 days to finish my computer which is reasonable because parts had to be ordered for my older macbook. The gentleman who helped me was very careful to explain what had to be done. He even opened my computer in front of me and showed me the coffee that was still in liquid form inside my poor little mac. Overall I am very grateful for this repair service because I definitely need my computer for work.
