They charged me a cancellation fee for their mistake!

Their website has pre-pandemic class info (despite being labeled with the correct date and year), which no one has a way of knowing and no one tells you about on the phone. I called their studio prior to booking, to confirm spots for 3 kids, and they said yes, which turned out to be incorrect if your child is a boy. To make a long story short, I spent a ton of time on this and ultimately they charged me a cancellation fee, while my friend had a full refund.

They also said they won't update the PDF which is "too much of a hassle for the owner who runs multiple studios", so good luck figuring out the class schedules if you are a parent.

A really disappointing first experience...

I have two kids, different ages, and signed them both up for age-specific Saturday morning classes here, thinking that they’d get customized gymnastic lessons for their age groups. In actuality, the entire gym exercise is a free for all. There are multiple classes at the same time in an open gym environment but the classes do essentially the same activities with barely any instruction. My biggest issue with this gym is the young teen instructors who are more interested in socializing than teaching proper poses, form etc. There is little to no supervision of these children (by the teenage staff who are likely 14-15) nor is there security, so if you do sign up your children you should watch them like a hawk. My daughter is in her 3rd “season” at Diamond (she is 6). We also decided to sign her up with private lessons and very very happy we got Olivia as her coach although all of the coaches seems really great professional and dedicated to the kids. It’s a very clean and organized facility. I love the demeanor the coaches and staff have with the students- friendly and building trust but also garnering respect. I believe this is a great experience for my daughter and I hope she keeps enjoying it as much as I love watching her learn and grow into a gymnast here at Diamond...
