Cato Fashions — Attraction in Violet Township

This store has went way down hill with how they treat their customers. This new manager is very rude and prejudice against alot of customers. My mom has spent thousands of dollars over the years here. For her to treat her the way they do is sickening. The past managers and workers all knew her by name. She would shop 4 or 5 times a week here. Now it's as if we are a bother to even come in. The other workers are amazing with us. I had an armful of clothing to try on. The store was not busy. They never informed me or had any signage up to indicate that their dressing rooms were not open. Had a poor customer service experience here.
