First time visiting Adventureworks Zipline, it was just an out of the blue last minute plans. I’d say we had a very lovely experience! I highly recommend you book your tours online and don’t be like us, just shows up last minute! Despite all that, we were welcomed warmly by the wonderful bark ranger, Kara! She was so soft and so cute. She does her best to entertain us while we wait for the rangers to get back from their second to last tour since we were the last one for the day. Our guides / rangers / instructors, Jimmy and Eric were so funny, entertaining, amazing and helpful! They weren’t expecting us since again, we were walk ins. Regardless, they took their time to explain the rules. Now, me and my husband are scared of heights. My husband was able to overcome his fears, meanwhile the scaredy cat I am, the rangers tried their best to really calm me down and face my fear. I was able to go through all the fun course they had, each zip lines had their own tricks and my husband were able to do all of it! Not me though, lol. Anyway, for each course Jimmy and Eric did a wonderful job and they knew what they were doing the entire time. Since we were the last one for the day, they didn’t really rush me or anything, I was able to take my time and they helped me out each course which I truly appreciated! They kept reassuring me each of the course as well, however I just truly hate heights and still it did help since I was able to go through all of the activities! Plus after the course Kara greeted us warmly and we were able to play with her again. My husband and I had a really fun time. I would highly recommend going here, it was a great first time experience. I also recommend this to our friends and family. PLEASE don’t forget to wear shoes and...

This is a NEW place and so much fun!

I had never been to Adventureworks Wetland Zipline I happened to be searching on Groupon for things in the area. I assumed this was the one at the aquarium. This one is at the old Paintball Field, the webpage is not detailed for how impressive the actual ziplines are, how they look, the landscape, the canopy, the wetlands, it is beautiful. The online images do not do any justice for how it looks.

Devin and Allison great, we call one of the twins bug so they nicknamed them both little bug and big bug since they both needed sandbags to make the ziplines and more fun, the girls enjoyed it.

Our family had four girls all of which are short under 5 foot. Allison understood and gave the extra boost to lock in the trolley, tiptoes did not cut it. My husband lost his shoe on the last zipline, Devin was exhausted at the end of a long day she hiked back down to find his shoe in the brush, and found it and walked back! Yes they do accept tips.

They had bathrooms, water stations during the ziplines, they helped and answered any questions we had. I WILL DEFINATLY BE GOING BACK.

The harness is not comfortable and for the younger ones can be very uncomfortable tshirt that cover their shoulders and yoga pants worked well. In my opinion.

I only suggest Adventureworks zipline, for the safety of your staff and customers invest in optional step. Allison was more than capable and willing to boost me up when the line didn't reach.

We booked a family Canopy Zip Tour while in VA over the 04-Jul weekend. Marc(k) and Alexis was our guide. From the first encounter and throughout the they were amazing; took the time to answer my kids never ending questions yet ensure we remain on schedule to fully appreciate the full experience of the Canopy Zip Tour. Admittedly, this was my 1st experience on a ZipLine yet I felt comfortable with the clear instructions provided at the beginning and had no hesitation taking the leap from 9-platform we traverse, more importantly I was confident in the safety of my younger kids (10-15) who accompanied us on the tour. Marc can be a bit quirky and humorous especially when it comes to doing something spontaneous to entertain the kids & us too. Alexis was a bit shy at 1st but more than willing to engage in conversation. She was just as committed to ensuring we had the best experience possible. Obviously, I am bias by the great experience we've had and would not hesitate recommending Adventureworks Wetland Zipline Park for an awesome time on the ZipLine. Ask that Marc & Alexis be your guide (I imagine the rest of the staff are just as awesome). If you are a noob to ZipLine like myself and in the area why not give it a shot and risk having an amazing experience, like we did and so many other 5-star reviewers on the web...
