Took my truck in for an oil change all went well, Elisa is great. Tire rotation not so much. They didn’t tighten lug nuts on one wheel and it came off while driving. They sent a tow truck thank fully. Truck stayed there for three days until I called to see check on it. No sorry for loss of your vehicle, no can we get you a rental car, no update on why it happened other than assuming tech was in a rush or incompetent. Zero customer service. Either way, glad the wheel didn’t come off at high speed and create more damage or hurt anyone. Other places to get your vehicle serviced in the area, I would recommend staying away.

Ryan was super nice and helped me pick out the best oil for my jeep wrangler. Also found a faulty bolt and replaced it with the right one. Also his co-worker (sweet girl with green eyes-forgot her name) ducked my jeep with this amazing, unique resin duck in my favorite color. This is truly the best experience I have ever had getting my oil changed. Everyone was very attentive and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I am a customer for life. Amazing, friendly team there.

Brought a company vehicle in for tires and an alignment. Very proactive on greeting the customer. Well mannered staff. Very knowledgeable and professional. Quick service! Staff is also down to earth and very good at explaining repairs in simple terms. I look forward to bringing my personal vehicles in as well!

I had my starter die on my truck so I had it towed too here because I had good experiences with them in the past however, this time was not the case. After I dropped it off I went and talked to the guys at the front desk and described to them what I had experienced. They told me they had been back up that day and they could not get to it that day ( which I was fine with). The very next day towards their closing time I called them and asked them for an update and they said they were not able to get to it and would be closed the next day due to it being Sunday. Fast forward four days later to Wednesday and the starter was finally installed. A two hour job took four days as every day I had to call to get in update they never took the time to call and say sorry we could not get to it and they bounced around the subject of setting a deadline. When I went in they had said they noticed my rear axle seals were leaking and needed to be replaced and if I’d like an estimate they would draw me up one. I waited an entire week for them to send me an estimate before going in face to face and forcing the issue. I set an appointment for Friday at 8 in the morning. Dropped off my vehicle the night prior and waited all day Friday with no communication as usual just to call and have the guy who answered the phone cut me off in the middle of my sentence just to say nope we didn’t get to it. Apparently when you set an appointment there it’s not honored. I had to completely readjust my schedule for the next day just because I was out my vehicle the next day when it was finally done I went in and they kept trying to up sale things that were wrong with my vehicle and charge me more. Too too it all off when I was rung up I all but had to force the issue of a discount from them for and inconvenience which their response to me asking for it was what do you want no offer no nothing which I replied what I thought was fair which was probably less than fair. I will never take my vehicle to them ever again poor customer service poor management and over all bad...

I had a state inspection today for used truck. They failed me on the front brakes, front rotor, rear brakes, rear rotor, and front left ball joint. They also told me that if I replaced the left ball joint then I would need an alignment which is agreeable then he went on said I might have to replace the rack and pinion since it's old (are you serious?) I agreed on the front brake and I would replace the front brakes since it was getting near the brake backing but not the front rotors since I replaced the rotors last year. There was a little play in the front left ball joint but not enough to flag me on that part since it's an older truck. As for the rear brakes, I still have a lot of brake pads left but they insisted not only that I have to replace the rear brake pads but I also have to replace the rear rotors for no reason other than they said it's not touching the rotors (I don't understand this part since the brake pads are clearly touching the rotors). I told the manager that he is making it difficult for me and he questioned me where I have been taking my truck for inspection in the past (Is this appropriate question?) I told him it is an older car so if you want to find something wrong then you will find them. Don't they realize that I have a used truck so not everything will work like a new car. I understand the shop do not get compensate much for state inspection but if this shop wants to write up all the unnecessary repairs then the shop is either incompetent or trying to generate additional business under this difficult time. I told them that I don't have money to do all these unnecessary repairs. There is a different between providing safe inspection versus trying to take advantage of your customer. I came to this shop based on location and google review and but unfortunately, I will not be coming back to this shop and I also canceled my other car state inspection which was scheduled for tomorrow. Please beware especially if you have...

EDIT (see original review below): I still think this place is great at oil changes, but do not see them for regular mechanic work. I came in to get my heat looked at and was told I should do some maintenance work on my car in addition to them fixing the heat, I agreed to a fuel system cleaning and spark plug replacement. My car wouldn't turn on the next day when I went to pick it up. They didn't inform me of this until after I sat in their waiting room for an hour plus. After a lot of run around, having my car towed to the dealership, being told I need to front additional money for diagnostics and essentially being told by express oil that it was my fault, they finally towed my vehicle to their facility in Suffolk and figured out that they had flooded my engine during the fuel system cleaning. I was given a rental and engine replacement for free, but the whole experience ruined this location for me. They agreed to free oil changes for a year to maintain my engine, but afterwards I'll be getting my oil changes somewhere else.

This place is my go-to oil change place! One time I ended up at Take 5 and they screwed up my oil change, I had to come back here a few weeks later to get it redone, I won't ever go anywhere else. I also had to get a tire patched and they didn't try to sell me on a new tire, just patched it up, cost me around $30 and the tire is still going strong a year later. For oil changes, William is great, his customer service is fantastic and I appreciate that he explains what my car needs moving forward but not in a salesman type of way. This place is always quick, efficient and does a fantastic job with my oil change. The price...
