Patriotic Excursions — Attraction in Virginia Beach

If you are not including this tour on your trip to Virginia Beach then you are not making the most of your time there. My husband and I decided to stop in Va Beach to visit the Aquarium and thought we should spend more than an hour or two before heading up to Williamsburg which was the majorityof our trip. We could not have been happier with our decision to do so. I happened upon Patriotic Excursions while doing some general searching online. Between the other reviews and overall description, combined with the fact that we were headed down during the week of the 4th we knew we had to check it out. The address listed took us to the marina and directly to a parking area which was free to visitors. We walked right over to find the owner as well as our captain. Typically the boats have availability for 6 people but we happened to pick a time where we were the only occupants along with the captain. After a little bit of getting to know you know you, we were on our way. The amount of knowledge of our captain was immense. He was able to share so many points of history as well as we were so lucky to see maneuvers on the water and on land of our current military. The tour also includes dolphin sightings, now I have been on tours like this before where they advertise Marine life sightings and you may see a fin or nothing at all. We were so lucky to see dolphins within less than 200 feet feeding and playing. Our captian could spot them very quickly and would slowdown to point them out and explain their behavior. This was honestly one of the best boating tours that I have been on as an adult. You will not regret booking with this company and honestly what is better than Veteran owned?? You do not have to have an understanding of the military to enjoy the tour, though as a spouse, sister and daughter of current and former military members it made it all the more special. This is a must see adventure on the water and yes you will get a bit wet but it is the coolest way to spend a few hours of exploration. Book today and claim your spot on an excursion ...

Captain Jay led my fiance and myself on an extremely thrilling and knowledgeable tour of the VA Beach coast line that included naval special operators launching boats for an exercise of the coast, and a history of Dam Neck and Little Creek naval bases. We experienced this all at high speeds in a former navy boat that absolutely cuts across the water. We even got up close and personal wild dolphins while out at sea!

Great Choice Of Songs He Played And Even Ask Me My Kind Of Music Choice And Each Song I Sing Too And Enjoy Lol. The Boat Ride Was Very Smooth And Wild Everytime He Speed The Boat. We Also Saw The Dolphins And Took Pictures And Videos. Captain J As Well Gave Us Some Fun Facts About Dolphins That I Shared With My Family.
