Red Mill Commons — Attraction in Virginia Beach

This is the best red mill commons I've ever been to. If you have been to a better one then please post a reply. We visit here everytime we've ever been here which is exactly once. We may even visit again when we are near. Heck. This place is great. There are lines for parking cars. Crosswalks so people can cross. They even have handicap parking which is great. I park there whenever I can which so far is never. I like people watching and this is one place where that is possible. Some times I take my shirt off when it gets hot other times I just leave it on. What else can one say about this place? It gets hot when the sun shines on the black asphalt and it's cold whenever it snows. Which is not very often since this is the beach. We will definitely visit here again when we're in the parking lot looking for a place to park. 5 out of 7 stars for the perfect score. We are still new to all of this so we have a lot to learn much like everyone else. However some people never learn and it upsets us. Like why can't we all get along. That's all everyone wants, right? I love living close to this shopping center. It has a little of everything. From Dr's & Dentists to Dry cleaners & a Grocery store...Movies with good seating, a Tattoo Shop with a great piercer and great artists, an excellent Seafood restaurant, a Tropical Smoothie, a Hair Salon, Pizza, and a good place to get a beer and meet up with friends. All are within walking distance. And that's not even everything. Its well-lit parking lot makes you feel safe. And it's kept clean and taken care of. I've lived here 18 years and it's been there the whole time, but never looks run down or old. Remember growing up you had a corner store or gas station you went to when your mom sent you for milk or an ingredient she ran out of? Or when you wanted to walk or bike there with your friends to get candy? This shopping center has been that for all my kids. The employees at the stores are always nice and look out for them. And Great Wall Chinese knows who we are when we call...

Target and Chipotle and Pier1 Imports, oh my! Whether you live in this area like me or you're vacationing in Sandbridge, there's a BIG variery of stores, restaurants, and services in Red Mill Commons. Get your nails done and meet your girlfriends at Chili's for a margarita or have a romantic dinner at Blue Seafood where the food is spectacular! We've got a Pet Store with a grooming salon and puppy classes and TJ Maxx and a Home Goods. La Bella Italia has been my favorite Italian restaurant for years. Don't skip dessert if you go! There's loads of parking, except for anywhere near Panera Bread, of course but a little walk up the sidewalk won't hurt you or just stop by Chipotle if Panera is too packed. If you're in the area for a visit only, you'll find a Walgreens here, the ABC store next to Golden Corral and the Walmart has beach chairs, unbrellas, coolers, groceries, a deli, fishing gear and tackle and a HUGE grocery section.
