Daniel welcomed my “small” order with the same level of service and quality that he gives to much larger orders from businesses! So happy I found a shop that’s willing and happy to help individuals. His shop has the latest tech to produce high quality stuff! He even worked with me to help me get my logo just right even though I didn’t have a high quality original image file of what I wanted embroidered! Custom Embroidery does fantastic work!

I had a small project getting jackets embroidered with our company logo, but onto some expensive jackets in a non-trivial manner. I wanted the service to be with someone local and patient providing customer service. Daniel at Custom Embroidery hit it out of the park on all of those. He worked with me to select custom colors and did the work thoughtfully, with a talented eye and quickly--even doing one late-arriving jacket on the spot to save me an additional trip. So, I originally went to Daniel to have him embroider a beloved pet's name on a particular jacket . . . he was so kind and wonderful to help me out. When I started to adopt more of those little critters and they would pass on to the Rainbow Bridge, he would add their names to the aforementioned jacket. He is always so very kind and asks me about the little one as he puts the name into his computer . . .
